Our journey with Michael Vance Roofing began with needing an emergency repair for our older shingle roof after one of the recent bad storms came through Hopkinsville. After a phone call to their office; a couple crew members quickly tarped our roof. We then advised them we had decided to go ahead with a new metal roof, since we never liked the shingles. Within a couple days; we had an estimate, and picked out our style/colors. Shortly thereafter, our new roof was completed by an amazing crew of professionals. The communication through the entire process was exceptional; and they are truly the best in this region. We highly recommend them over anyone else!

I work for a large commercial property company & in my experience I know how annoying it can be to have to come behind someone that did not apply a high standard to a project, this was the situation Michael & his company saved my family & I from losing our roof.Michael was referred by a close friend of the family and after dealing with another contractor out of Hopkinsville needless to say I was pretty "gun shy" using another contractor out of the same area. Michael was provided with all the facts that I knew about the last guy that he knew of his work, but kept it all professional & stated what he could & would do. The roof was repaired & I have not had any issues & I do plan on using his services in the future. In today's "different" times being comfortable with whom you send your money with can make any experience worthwhile Michael Vance Contracting is in the business of being professional & creating a brand that is known throughout the state.
