I purchased a building from Porta Grace Manufacturing . March 2018 I guess at one time this was a good business my experience with this company its staff was absolute nightmare. Recommended contractors that took forever to get the job done. concrete install was a total mess.3.5 months of no shows . After the building was built the roof leaked horrendously call the company person came to silicon the screw heads. Roof leaked again fixed it myself. The windows installed were never sealed leak terribly had to seal them myself. I was told this is never happened before our windows never leak. they never even attempted to fix the leaks I had to fix it myself . the total perimeter of the building to this day still leaks .Concrete out of square and level absolute horror show. do not use these people they offer no customer service, no customer satisfaction .I highly do not recommend you do business with these people my two cents. My 3rd steel building worst experience ever.

Would give 10 stars if I could. Bought a simple carport from them. It was delivered early and put up in a single afternoon. All the folks that I have worked with from Portagrace have been great and bend over backwards helpful. Considering more projects now.

I had a great experience even though my order was extremely small. All I needed was a 5 foot section to make a repair on an existing roof. They cut it to the size I needed and treated me like any other customer, even though it was only a 20 dollar sale for them. Great service.

I've read several of the reviews and I've gotta disagree with some of them. Several years ago, I worked there, I helped put the the building up, and drove truck for them. Never once did I ever see any employee be disrespectful, and never once did I ever see the company ever not correct what was wrong.

Called to get a quote on some metal $35.00 higher than retail they explained that they were trying not be in competition with the retailers, and that they recommend I buy from a retailerSo if you're trying to save some money buying from this manufacturer, don't bother.Thanks for sticking to the little guy!
