He went above and beyond by sending us real life photos of some of the shingles that we were considering, and brought us a sample to ensure we made the right choice. The finished product looks awesome. Drew at Gold Peak stopped by one day and let me know I had some wind damage on my shingles and said to give him a call if I'd like some help getting it fixed. He also advised me that my homeowners insurance may cover it. Didn't pressure me or try to sell me on anything. After another storm where I noticed some more missing shingles, I gave him a call. He was super helpful and friendly and they replaced my roof this week after working with my insurance. All his guys were very friendly and even took extra time to make sure they got any debris off my neighbor's lawn as well. Charged $2400 for just under three hours of work. Overall, professional and responsive, however when asked for a breakdown of cost I was told "I don’t itemize my invoices. The only purpose for that is so the customer can back into my profit number and I don’t disclose that information." Seemed mistrusting, as i was just trying to understand why it was so expensive for such a small amount of time spent performing the repairs. In the end, the company would not provide a break down of labor cost and material used. The repairs were completed in timely manner and were of average quality. If you need work done quickly, and price isn't an issue use them. But if your issue is not urgent make sure you get other estimates.Service: Roof repair
