I was recently recommended to work with Blue Roof after numerous glowing reviews, and I am absolutely thrilled with the outstanding service they provided. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless, and I can't recommend them highly enough.One thing that sets them out from the rest is the communication. The initial consultation was thorough, and Jeff took the time to provide a detailed explanation of the work that needed to be done, and was upfront and honest about all things with zero pressure.The actual roofing work exceeded my expectations. The crew was punctual, professional, and efficient. I was impressed by their attention to detail and the meticulous care they took to protect my property during the process. You can really tell these guys care about personal property. I will always recommend Blue Roof to any residence or business.

The folks at Blue Roof are awesome. From the first call to get an estimate through the end of the job, the staff was very professional and informative. Our new roof looks amazing. I believe we purchased a great product at a reasonable price. The new roof was installed on the promised date, the crew arrived on time and they were very professional. There was a foreman on site during the install and the workers were hard-working and busy during the entire job. No slackers on this crew. The clean-up after the install left my property as it was before work began, maybe cleaner. Thanks Travis, Jason, and the entire Blue Roof team for a job well done. If you are looking to replace your roof, these are the folks to call.

We moved to the the area four years ago and have had a lot of contractors working on two different properties, and Jason and Blue Roof stand out at the TOP OF OUR LIST. Four years after they installed our beautiful new roof, I messaged Jason late one afternoon that another contractor had just torn up part of the roof. Jason was HERE HIMSELF AT 8:30 THE VERY NEXT MORNING to inspect the damage and take photos. Within days, he was here with a crew and fixed our roof before a big storm passed through. All with an attitude-free smile and a fair price.He's a regular Kentucky guy who is serious about his work, happy to be a roofer, and who understands aesthetics as well. The gentleman that came out to view the roof was a great guy. However, 4 phone calls and a week later I was still waiting for the office to send me estimate. 2 weeks later I was still waiting on getting scheduled. Called the office and they had no clue if/when I was scheduled. I cancelled and got another roofer to provide quote and schedule work at a better price within a few days!If this company can't return calls before receiving payment, what happens when you need to call them back and payment has already been made?

We needed a new roof asap. We called after hours and we were able to talk with them about the issues. They eased our minds and promptly scheduled a next day appointment. The staff was wonderful. Jon inspected the roof and tarped part of it to keep us protected until new roof went on. He explained everything thoroughly. He worked with our insurance and made the whole process so easy on us. Jon and his crew worked quickly and efficiently. He is a kind, thoughtful, and honest man! After the work was completed, two neighbor's also had new roofs put on by this company and we even received a referral check! A+ company!

It was so easy to work with The Blue Roof Company. Within a week of my first call to Jason, our project was complete. Even though it was a small project, they treated us like a priority. I appreciate that they went out of their way to match our 7 year old shingles to the right color new shingles too. Will definitely use them for all future roofing projects.

Wow. Simply WOW. Can't even describe my positive overall experience with Jason and The Blue Roof Company. As part of the post-inspection agreement for the closing of my home, I was required to hire a professional roof contractor - in order to obtain a roof inspection and fix a few small defects.After doing some research, a friend recommended Blue Roof, and I was simply blown away. I called Jason on a Monday morning, and my inspection / repairs were completed (and completed correctly) by Thursday afternoon.After going through the closing process as a for-sale-by-owner, I understand how hard it is to find quality, honest, and timely help - the Blue Roof Company checked all of these boxes. I'm no longer local to the Cincinnati area, but if/when I move back, there isn't going to be another company that sets foot on my roof besides The Blue Roof Company. THANK YOU!

Jason was friendly, personable, and went above and beyond to answer our questions and do whatever it took to make sure we received the best service possible! TBRC and their team did a wonderful job replacing our roof, they were efficent, professional, and left our yard better than it was before they arrived! Within 24 hours, I had an estimate in hand that covered every aspect of the job. Within the week, once the weather allowed, I had a new roof. On the job site at all times to answer questions or address any concerns the customer may have. Workers were always courteous and worked very hard to get the job finished in a timely manner (which they did). Cleanup was very thorough. The roof looks great! The amount of professionalism and at the same time a sense of family is what this company stands for. My real estate agent recommended me this company and they came out that day and gave me a quote. They went and saw that my stucco wall was falling apart and showed me the damages from years of neglect. They offered to cover it for me and see if any contractor could come up. Luckily we got it all fixed but they put the safety of their workers and the care for the customer as a priority. They finished the roof in an afternoon. I can’t recommend these people more and the company.
