Today was our second time doing business with David at Elevate Roofing. The roof was put on 2011 by someone else. The leak around our chimney was fixed last year, by David, still doing great. We live on a very high hill with not much protection from weather. We have three dormers. We had a leak develop from one dormer during a storm, then the leak stopped.David came by within two days , inspected our whole roof again. He found the problem and fixed it within 15 minutes. He is very knowledgeable. 😊 .I appreciate a good honest person. A love a honest business as well. David went above, and beyond. I will definitely use him when a new roof is needed. I also hired David to do yearly inspections so I can be worry free from possible leaks or damage in the future.Thank you, so much, David for coming out so quickly. I worked with David, he was very professional, responsive and prompt. I called him to schedule an estimate for some shingles that had blown up due to wind damage. He was able to come out the very next day and gave me a honest and fair estimate. He never tried to go overboard or get me for a whole roof replacement. His estimate was very reasonable and he came the next morning and got it fixed right away before the next storm came in. We recently bought a new home with a 20 year old roof. We knew that it was going to need replacing sooner rather than later. Wanting a metal roof instead of shingled, I called around to a few different roofers and the ones I spoke with said that they wouldn't do metal. I called and spoke with Dave at Elevate Roofing and he said no problem. He advised us of our options and the price difference between metal and shingled and asked me several times if we really wanted the metal. We did, and the increase in price was worth it to us. He drove out to our home, measured the roof, and showed us some samples. We chose a color, and he stated that he would order it. Materials were delivered and Dave and his crew came out over memorial day weekend to start work (it was a cool weekend and he wanted to take advantage of the break in the heat). We didn't mind and he set to work. 2 days later we have an absolutely beautiful new metal roof that we couldn't be happier with. Dave and his crew are top notch roofers, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to replace their roof, especially if you have your heart set on a metal one. Bonus, my insurance premium dropped $200/year as its considered a durable surface.Service: Roof installation

David with Elvate roofing was very knowledgeable, easy to work with and always on time. The work they did was awesome, had a few leaks and called to have It looked at. David recommended we file a claim with insurance and we did just that. They have such a good team it only took the one day to remove old and install new with ice and water gaurd for extra protection. They were courteous and always kept us in the loop and made sure we were satisfied the whole time. They laid tarps around the whole perimeter and cleanup was perfect. He even worked in our deductible and upgraded shingles for only $350 out of pocket for entire job. Thanks Elevate. David at elevate roofing is a man of integrity and his word. This week was the first time that I ever talked to him about our roof leak, he said he would be at our house the next day to see if he could find and repair the leak. David did exactly what he said he would do, he got his crew working on their current job and left to come to our home to fix our leak. He called me as he said he would and arrived when he said he would. He thinks he found the leak and repaired it instead of trying to sell me a new roof. Just have to wait until it rains, but he said to call him if a problem arises. I trust him. I will never use any of the Frankfort family roofers again, promises given but not kept.
