My Mom chose All-In-One for her bathroom remodel. We met our Project Manager, Jeremy and he introduced us to Roy and Nathan. I went over to Mom's to check in each day and the guys were great with my Mom, very considerate and always taking time to answer any questions she had. We made a few design changes after the initial demo, and the guys were very accommodating. I was very impressed with Roy, he is a true craftsman and also Nathan took the time to correct some unrelated problems they discovered along the way. Most impressive though was when one morning I came in to discover wet carpet in the living room. Upon further inspection we found Mom's water heater had failed and flooded 2 rooms and part of the hallway! I called Jeremy and he had another crew there almost immediately. They had the water shut off, the carpet pulled out and fans running by the end of the day. Jeremy also took care of everything with our homeowners insurance and made sure the entire process went as smooth as possible. New water heater, floors, carpet, and flooring were all taken care of for us. The bathroom turned out great, as well as all of the repairs from the water heater failure. Mom and I couldn't be happier with everything, but especially with Jeremy. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as hassle-free for my Mom as possible and I very much appreciate his extra care. All In One Services is amazing! This hometown company is owned and operated by an honest and upstanding man. I woke up to no water throughout my home and mistakingly called a large out of town business and they quoted me $5,000 to take care of the situation. All In One told me they would come out for free and assess the problem and to put my mind at ease that I was getting a fair and honest answer. It turned out that the problem was not what this other company had said and it could be fixed in a shorter amount of time as well as costing drastically less. Not only did this company come out after hours, they fixed it right then. They saved me almost $5,000! If you are looking for an honest, trustworthy, timely, knowledgeable company to do repairs on your home or business then look no further! Honestly, I can't say enough about Mike and his employees. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!

My Mom's house was damaged from the tornado that hit our small town in 2021. All In One was going from home to home to see what they could do. They worked well with her insurance & followed through with everything she needed with all the chaos around. A small storm came up 2 years later & blew off a piece of the trim at the top of her garage. They not only came back when called but didn't charge her. Even fixed a small issue with the storm door they had installed. We were well pleased & thankful for all they have done.

The worst company to deal with. Never completed the job. I was out money to repair what they broke or failed to install right. One wall they painted half way down and quit. Never came back. Baseboards never finished. Broke the tub. Said they would come back and fix never did. Had to hire plumber to fix their plumbing. Had to hire electrician to hook up a entire wall of plug in sockets that they never hooked up. Used my flooring that I purchased for the other part of the house and only replaced part of it so I was out the money to repurchase my Flooring. Left holes under the plug ins that the covers would not cover. Painted over the brand new plug ins. Never return calls or texts. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY for inside jobs. They started Nov 22 my job by tearing the entire back section of my house off. Never heard from them for 6 weeks. No water or bathroom in the house until Feb when I threatened them with a law suit. Trusted this company to repair my home after the Dec 9th 2023 Tornado. Which turned out to be more of a disaster than the Tornado itself. They lied about everything that they said that they were going to do.and also lied and TERMINATED One of their employees and told the employee that he was terminated because of something that I told them he said about the company ... WHICH WAS NOT TRUE........... WHICH I WAS CONTACTED BY TEXT FROM THE EMPLOYEE TELLING ME THAT HE WAS TERMINATED BECAUSE OF WHAT THEY SAY I SAID. I TEXTED THE EMPLOYEE BACK STATING THAT THEY WERE LIEING ON ME AND I WAS SORRY ABOUT THIS. BY THE GRACE OF GOD HE SAID HE BELIEVED ME. CAUSE THIS COULD HAVE PUT ME AND MY FAMILY IN DANGER.

Run! Don’t walk!So this was under the roof they installed less than five years before. As you can see, they shingled right over the rotten wood. Their idea of diverting the water from the foundation of the house was to install a flexible gutter elbow, fill the French drain with foam insulation, and send rain water onto the roof. This place supposedly had a five year warranty on workmanship and thirty year shingles. The first rainfall after we took possession of the house, water was pouring in through the flashing around the chimney. Water poured, and I mean poured into the kitchen through loose shingles. When I called All in one, he said he’d be over right away. Suffice to say, they never showed up. We called and called but no one ever showed. The workmanship is absolutely garbage and the customer service is just as bad. One roof alone, needed 10 sheets of plywood. This rotten wood shown in the photos did not happen after they left. This was lazy, cost-cutting, drug-fueled workmanship. After spending 30,000 replacing the roof all in one put up, you better believe it I’m unhappy with them. If I could leave negative stars, I would. The photos do not do justice to the mess they left behind. In fact, there are more projects in this house that they’ve worked on prior to us taking possession. All in one services have been very good. They came by to consult with us more than once, brought us samples & special ordered a specific color that isn't common. Johnny E. has walked us through each process and made sure we have been treated as if we are the only customer. I'm sure he treats all his customers that way. My house looks great, we love the color change- it has really updated the look. We will use All in one services again!UPDATE! We have not been able to get our claim closed out as Johnny E. left abruptly, & the Owner Mike has not been able to get Jonathan to get our final invoice.....UPDATE 9.9.23Mike my husband received a final invoice via Gmail August 23, although the actual invoice was undated. I forwarded it to insurance myself, along with the pictures of my roof. They say it is the first invoice they have received & I believe them be cause it is the first one we have gotten. Jonathan does not respond to his phone messages, or answer his calls as you told me yourself. As for your work I loved your company, as for follow up I don't. I need an actual invoice to pay from so if you all want to mail one with a return address to mail my payment to that would be great. My husband is still waiting for someone to come fix the ruts in our yard however...Service: Roof repair

HORRIBLE!!! How, how do you install a walk-in shower without a liner?!?! This business does subpar work, at best, and don't fix their mistakes. I know many others that refuse their work after the tornado. They are in the business of taking advantage of people in need.To be clear, this work was done on my house before I bought it and i put thos post up over a year ago. So, it won't be under my name. I had to have a previous employee of theirs fix it and he did let the company know about their previous shotty work.

We had two big projects to complete: our rotting front porch needed to be replaced and some water damage in our ceiling needed a major overhaul. All in One sent two crews to handle the jobs and they excelled in every category! In addition, all five workmen were friendly, courteous, and ALWAYS on time. When they finished, they cleaned up all the debris, swept our floors, and hauled all the debris off. Highly recommended!Services: General construction, Drywall repair

I called to see if I could some storm windows replaced. Was to later they had bigger jobs and couldn't accept mine. They put my last roof on over ten years ago and did a great job, but with all the tornado damage they are probably very busy so I get it.

This company subcontracts most of their work out and was supposed to only replace the bathroom floor around the toilet and install the new toilet that I purchased. Their incompetent worker completely and unnecessarily tore out the entire bathroom floor that was still in good condition. The worker drug this job out for two days when it should have only taken around 4 hours (based on what the estimate stated). The floor is still not right. I would not allow this outfit to build me a bird house. Beware of the incompetency and unprofessionalism of their subcontractors. Never again.Of course the owner claims that I am one of his competitors. That is his way of lying to the public. I was an actual customer of theirs, but I will never will use them again for anything at all. If this job isn't showing up, then you need to go back and check your jobs for Hopkins County, Kentucky from 2017. It was such poor workmanship that I would not want to admit that my company did it either. Your response to my post is as poor as the workmanship that was performed at my house.It was the year 2017 just three months ago, which isn't that long ago. Think about that before you reply next time about how long ago 2017 was. And yes, I was told that it would only take a half day to complete this job. I had to take off work two days because of this debacle. Your employee told me that he was subcontracted out from your company to do this job. Every time that I go into that bathroom, I get furious and aggravated with what was done by All-In-One Services.

Called this morning about some shingles that had blown off Sunday and they said they would come look today and it was after 6 pm when they came but they put them back on and cemented them and some more nail heads, I was very pleased. Nice, polite young man. Most people would have quit st 5, I am impressed!
