Mr. Sizemore came quickly when I called for repair service on Monday of last week. He left to get a thermostat that would work with my heat pump. He has never returned and won't answer my calls. In addition, he disconnected something within the heat pump so it would not work even after I installed the thermostat. I still had to have another tech from another company come out to check it and tell me that my thermostat would have worked if he had not disconnected the wire inside the heat pump. I have no words for this kind of service.

Just used the service this week. Air went out beginning of week. I did call other companies that were not available for two weeks. Mr. Sizemore said he could come Wed. However, when he didn't show I called him back and he came Thursday and found the motor was the problem. He took the part and said he would be back Fri. Morning. To our surprise he came back that evening and completed the job. Now. Cool and ☺. Thank you!Service: Repair HVAC
