Jonathan Smith did an excellent job helping us get our new roof. He contacted the insurance company, created a new claim. Even drove over 2 hours to Louisville to make sure that the process was smooth from start to finish . Once he submitted all of the paper work the process was fast. We had our beautiful new roof completed within weeks.I would also like to mention how professional and polite the work crew was from start to finish. They made sure there as nothing left behind. We had -0- cleanup. They had our roof on within a day and everything cleaned up. The crew worked from sunlight to sundown with only a break or two.We are glad we chose Bluegrass roofing and glad we had Jonathan Smith as the perfect contractor to make our process as smooth as possible .

After receiving the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from one of those three letter companies who promise to fight insurance, act like they care, then forget about you (except 6 other employees will show up at your doorstep trying to earn your business and give you their card). I was literally rescued by Brian Ritter over at Bluegrass. He did more for me in a single day than the other company did in 6 months. He showed up asking if he could earn my business. He didn't hassle me at all when I told him I was waiting on a quote still from the other outfit. He did exactly what he said he would and when he said he would. As soon as I gave him the green light, he took over and contacted my insurance company on my behalf. He went above and beyond for me, and I appreciate him so much. I got a full replacment approved within 24 hours. The service exceeded expectations with promptness, professionalism, and quality workmanship. The team demonstrated expertise, adhered to timelines (finished in a single day), and effectively communicated throughout the process. Jonathan smith, drove way out to us in the middle of no where to show us all of our options, spoke directly to our insurance company to get it taken care of and they have been so wonderful while our insurance: mortagage company has given us trouble getting our claim corrected!Our roof was done in one day their roofers were friendly and made sure all things were out of the way from possibly being in harms way and even removed my solar lights and put them back in place!Jonathan was very knowledgeable about what his company had to offer and showed great professionalism and kept us up to date on where we were on their list!Very personable and would recommend to anyone!! I called Scott Flener after the windstorm we had in the Spring , and he came and inspected our roof and said he would meet with the insurance adjuster to make sure everything was taken care of. Kris was a customer of mine during the March storms while trying to set his own family up with resources and heard me say my roof was damaged and gave me a business card. I called him the next morning and he was quick to get tarps on to prevent further damage. He also had to come out a second time for the next big storm and tarp new areas.
