I have worked with them twice now. The first time, I purchased a large amount of flooring and wallboard. They were incredibly receptive, helped me pick out what I wanted, worked with me throughout the process and were very kind and responsive. I received the product which was beautiful and I couldn't have been happier! Unfortunately, I had to move and leave my dream home behind. When I wanted to remodel the new house, I wanted to use their flooring again as it is amazing. They have stopped making that generally, but were willing to manufacture some for me anyway. How wonderful!! Unfortunately, I couldn't find anyone in my area able/willing to install and finish that kind of flooring. They were incredibly gracious despite my not ultimately purchasing from them. At this time, I am planning on purchasing wall board from them in the very near future.

Never received a call back but the lady that I talked to was very friendly. She was supposed t speak with her husband and give me a call back. I still think they are good...I know how husband's can be lol.
