After paying another company $4500 to order materials to start on our roof, and then being lied to for five months, I contacted Fit Roofing and spoke with Jamie Young. She wanted to confirm that she could get the shingles we wanted, so she went above and beyond to find them and then had them delivered to our home. She did everything she could to relieve our fears and reassure us that they would replace our roof in a timely manner.It has been less than two weeks since we approved the quote, and today we have a beautiful new roof. Jamie updated us about everything from ordering the materials to when the job would start.They started and completed our roof in just one day. Jamie and Erick Young, along with the roofing crew, were a pleasure to work with. Their roofers are very skilled and efficient. They left the yard cleaner than how they found it. I cannot recommend fit roofing highly enough. Jamie and Erick are genuine people who take great pride in their work and taking care of their customers. My insurance company was almost impossible to deal with and Jamie met every obstacle with professionalism and solid ethics. Erick inspected my roof personally and traveled back to my house to meet the insurance adjuster and was already on my roof when he arrived and went over the damage he found with the adjuster personally. Erick even came back a third time to re-measure my roof because somehow my insurance company still wasn't 'clear' and was underestimating my roof size. Every step of the way Jamie addressed each point where my insurance company was not standing up to their responsibility and did so with professionalism and clarity until finally my entire claim was met. Then when it finally came time everything happened in a flash! Materials were delivered the previous afternoon and by the following evening the roof of my house and my shop were completely replaced and everything was cleaned up and an entire bundle of shingles was left on site so if there was any touch-up work that needed to be done after the gutters were installed the exact same shingles would be on hand. I have nothing but great things to say about Fit Roofing. They returned my call, gave me a quote, helped me get the best color for my house, showed up when they were supposed to, completed the job fast, and left NO mess. They put tarps down all around the house to catch nails and debris. I’m a nest freak and they passed the test with flying colors. Also, they have state of the art technology that allows you to take a picture of your house and “try on” different shingles to chose the style and color you like the best. Jamie is fabulous with the selection, scheduling, and insurance paperwork. Her husband and crew are great with doing an A+ job. After a bad storm I called multiple roofing companies to come out and inspect to fix our roof. Fit roofing was the first one to answer and actually came out that exact day! Erick was fast and professional and walked us through all the steps to get our roof repaired. They completed our entire roof from start to finish in under 12 hours!! I was so impressed with how fast and good they were able to put the new roof on. I decided to go with Fit Roofing to have my roof redone due to age and starting to leak. My house was 39 years old, on the original roof with an additional layer put on since, it sees a lot of West TN afternoon sun. Jamie went above and beyond to find these beautiful red shingles to match the red brick of my house, pics included. Shingles are Owens Corning Duration Tera Cotta. Regardless that it took time to get the singles, the end result was fantastic! The crew worked hard, and done a great job start to finish in a day. Even painted the faded white vent pipes black to look new again. There is a lot of trees around my house, so I knew from that and walking on the roof there was going to be some decking issues, it felt like walking on foam in spots. The cleanup was through too. I have 2 dogs and the crew did a great job no nails or staples were left in the yard. I got the best looking roof on the block now. I would 100% recommend Fit Roofing. Erik and Jamie were excellent to work with during a very difficult time for our family. Our home was impacted by the Dec. 10 tornado. Jamie went above and beyond by delivering shingle samples , providing her thoughts on color choices , answering all of our questions , etc. Erik was also very professional and oversaw the entire removal and replacement process. The crew was very polite and worked incredibly hard to get our roof replaced. Erik made sure that everything looked right and that the clean up process was done correctly. They did a great job cleaning up, I was very impresssed by that! Replacing the roof on our house and garages was planned to happen in two years. Big expenditures take time to plan and include research into which contractor deserves my hard earned money. But when the storm left our roofs damaged we had days to decide. I called the four listed local roofing companies and requested estimates. I also called the home insurance and requested an adjuster to come out and inspect our damaged roofs only to find out that they had thousands of claims and this was going to take some time. One day later Jamie from Fit Roofing showed up and asked detailed questions. After her roof inspection and measurements she asked to represent us to the insurance company. There was more damage than could be seen from the ground and she explained in detail where and how much damage there was. Luckily the insurance was able to send an adjuster out to inspect the roofs a few days later and determined their assessment. When both the insurance assessment and Jamie’s assessment matched I signed a contract to replace two garage roofs and the house roof. Two weeks later with rain in the forecast the next day, a crew of 17 showed up at 6:30 and went instantly to work. Giant tarps we’re laid completely around every building on the ground. The crews began stripping every roof while on the ground some began loading the old roofing material into the giant dump trailer. After all the roofs were stripped the crew Forman informed me of each board that needed replaced so there would be no surprises later. I watched in amazement how this crew worked. Nobody said much, they all knew what to do. In 6 short hours they were done with all three buildings and loading up to go to another customer and totally replace their roof before dark. The cleanup of the yard and driveway was completed 1/2 hour later with brooms, rakes, blowers, and giant magnets. Being able to walk around and see the new roofs was beyond what I had imagined. The craftsmanship showed on every square inch of each roof. The skill level that it takes to correctly pattern architectural shingles is learned only by years of experience. One thing that the crew Forman said to me stands out after I was congratulating him on his well tuned crew, he said “ I have almost 20 years of roofing experience and my crew knows that I don’t cut corners and I demand that every employee do things my way and if they don’t then they can look for employment elsewhere!” Rest assured that he was on top of every detail of the job, and he did it with a smile on his face. But it wasn’t as big as my smile that I have , because from start to finish this has to be the best job that any contractor has done for me. I highly recommend that Fit Roofing be one of your first phone calls if your thinking of replacing your existing roof.

Excellent company to work with! One of the few roofing companies that keeps their appointments and actually does what they say. Last year we contacted Jamie Young to come to our condo complex to inspect our shingles after a storm and she knew exactly what to do and walked us through our insurance claim. She and her husband, Eric, identified storm damage on three of our buildings that other companies missed. We had them re-roof those three buildings and were very pleased with the results. I've never seen a more efficient work crew. This spring, Marshall County had still more storms and we went straight to Fit Roofing when we suspected more damage, this time to our other three buildings. Same results! Fit Roofing identified the damage and handled the insurance claim for all three buildings. They just finished up last week and we couldn't be more pleased with the quality of their work and the thoroughness of their cleanup. Jamie and Eric were so easy to work with and always responded to our questions and concerns. We highly recommend Fit Roofing!

Paris Tn, area. 2 story shotgun style home. The time came to get estimates for a new roof, I only knew black shingles and a ridge vent needed to be installed. I called 4 roofers. We just bought a 100+ year old house that was in need of a new roof. We had multiple estimates with different companies. Fit Roofing, Jamie, was the only one who actually got up on the roof! She took pics, measured and actually looked at the layers of shingles. She was very detailed in what they could do and gave us options. We compared all the same materials with each roofer so we were comparing apples to apples. Fit Roofing pricing was the most fair and their attention to details and follow up was amazing. They recommended EPDM Flat Rubber for our flat roof area, it turned out beautiful. Better than we expected. They met with us each time at our convenience to go over contracts, color choices, etc.. We were communicated to on every step of the way. Their team was prompted to arrive and Erik was right there working side by side with their team. He communicated with pics and details on issues.I know this is very wordy, but when you find a company that has such high quality values now a days, your kind of surprised and want to shout it out loud!We highly recommend them for all your roofing needs!

Like so many others, we experienced roof damage to our home during the windstorm on March 3rd. During this time all contractors were extremely busy. Despite this, Fit Roofing and Restoration were willing to help us. Jamie answered immediately, she is very kind, knowledgeable and patient; answering all our questions.We received a quote quickly. Erick came over and reviewed this information with us, everything was explained. Erick helped us to decide what was best for our roof.We were told when to expect delivery of the roofing materials, the materials arrived as scheduled. The next day Erick and his team arrived promptly, work began immediately. Work continued until the roof was complete. During Erick previous visit it was explained that there may be bad wood under the shingles, this can only be seen after the tear-off. After the tear-off, an area of wood was bad. It was brought to are attention, we saw it and the wood was replaced. Adjustments were made to the balance due.Everything was cleaned up and taken away, the yard looks great! Erick and his team are very professional and hard-working, taking great pride in their work, making sure it is done correctly.It is rare to find a business with such dedication. My wife and I were truly blessed to find them. During a thunderstorm that had 85 mph winds and knocked trees down and lost power, I stood in my backyard and watched my roofing material blowing and ripping off my house and outbuildings. Gone are the small local roofing companies that we grew up with, so I searched until I found a family owned local company that had great reviews. From the beginning when I called part owner Jamie Young, I was assured that I made the right decision to have Fit Roofing and Restoration take on the task of repairing and stripping my house roof and two garage roofs down to bare decking and installing an updated architectural shingle and ridge vent. First question from her was what did I want, I wanted a specific shingle and specific shade, and she had this sample in her vehicle for me to inspect. Next she climbed up and measured and inspected every square inch of the three buildings, when she was back down she walked me through the amount of wind damage to each building and also informed me of the hail damage that had happened previously during a different storm. She then offered to represent me to the insurance company, something that none of the other 4 roofing companies offered to do. During this entire process they have worked with my insurance to assure that the actual amount of the claim would cover the replacement. No hidden fees or costs. I knew exactly what work would be done and at what price. Now for the best thing about this project, the crew showed up at 6:30 am and the 16 crew members worked as efficiently and effortless as I’ve ever witnessed a crew work. First laying large tarps down and surrounding all three structures, next stripping and removing the old shingles and drip edges and felt underlayment, replacing the decking that needed replacing and preparing the deck. From start to finish was 6 hours from the time they arrived to the time they we’re packing up to go to the next job. The clean up was fast and efficient and the last thing they did was to run over the entire driveway and yard multiple times with a magnet to pick up any lost or stray nails. Afterwords the entire area was blown off with leaf blowers to pick up any small material. The Forman of this crew leads by example, moving materials and keeping the flow of each employee. Let there be no mistake here, the skill of each roofer is amazing, artistically speaking the roof looks as if the same person put on each and every shingle! From every angle of all three roofs the pattern and look matches. During the entire process both Jamie and husband Erick Young have answered every question, insuring my wants and needs are met, going above and beyond my expectations. Erick graduated from Calloway county high school. Both he and Jamie are good people and care that the best possible job is done one house at a time. They deserve your consideration if your thinking of a roof replacement, you won’t be sorry that you called them but I guarantee that you will be as surprised as myself at just how efficient and skilled they and the whole crew are!

UPDATE 5/1/2023: Well the roof has been on for a little over a year now. I was up there the other day cleaning the gutters, and the roof still looks perfect! Thanks Jamie!!!Called Fit Roofing, let them know water was coming into my living room. Jamie came over right away. She did a thorough inspection of the roof, and the attic. After our discussion, I decided it would be best to get rid of my chimney, which was the cause of all the problems, and replace the entire roof. Good thing I did too because my house is about 45 years old, and many of the decking boards required replacing.I feel I lucked out because I caught them between jobs. Jamie came on the 12th, and they started work on the 14th, and finished the 15th. If they had not had to tear down my chimney, they could have done the roof in a day I bet.From what I could tell, the crew worked quickly, and efficiently. Jamie was here the whole time, and unlike other contractors, she never let me down, never cut me out of the loop, never second guessed me, and always gave me straight answers. Jamie is knowledgeable, skilled, a great communicator, extremely personable, and very detail oriented.I had dealings with other roofing companies in this area, let me tell you, Fit Roofing beats them hands down, no comparison, Fit Roofing is off the charts.Only time will tell, but for now, I'm loving my new roof, and I do not feel I will have to call them back to fix anything, but IF I do, I know Jamie, and her husband, will stand by their work with pride. We had wind damage to our roof. Jamie came out and inspected the roof to make sure we had a payable claim before we filed. She worked with our insurance to make sure everything when smoothly. Our insurance even sent an estimate on the wrong roof and she caught that and help us get that straightened out. Once the work was done I had one small area of question where one shingle laid over the gutter guard that was popped up. I send a pick from the ground as I could not get on the roof.
