My home is only 7 years old so they repaired and improved 2 architectural potential water infiltration areas. Improve this by installing two gutters which should have been there in the first place. Highly recommend. They worked with us on our new build and was prompt and very professional. Communication was always great from start to finish. One thing that stands out to me is they bid my roof at a certain number, and when they were done figured it was much less than they originally had thought. They came back and adjusted their invoice at the end without me asking! 9/10 companies would just have taken the extra money. That shows you what type of company this is. I am in insurance and I work with roofers all the time so it’s nice to see the work and the kind of professionalism Woodall provided. Thanks guys!

What a great bunch of people who work here! Rob Dennis has been very kind, patient and professional during a difficult time for me. My roof was replaced in one day. The crew are excellent. They worked non-stop except for a short lunch break. Clean up was impressive. They should be very proud of this crew and their workmanship. Josh Revell who inspected the work after it was done was very nice and professional. I will be using this company when time to get new gutters too. Thanks Woodall!

Contacted 3 roofing companies to inspect my roof. All 3 said we had hail damage. Woodall supplied a quote and extensive pictures. They worked on us with the price and were available for the insurance company. We were in the process of selling the house and they moved things around in their schedule to get to us 1 week after we closed on the house. Installation was a breeze and they got it done in a little more than a day. I would highly recommend Woodall!!!!

I had a very good experience with Woodall Roofing & Exteriors. I live in Wisconsin but was doing things for my aunt who was rehabbing and not in her house at the time. Everyone I talked to was very nice and professional. I could only hope they would do a good job since no one was at the house. They did. A neighbor checked things out and gave me the update. I would work with this company again.

I contacted Woodall after a tree fell across my home during a storm. They were out within a week after my call and promptly sent me an estimate. I had to wait several weeks due to being on a long waiting list (I believe I was somewhere around 80th on the list, bad storm). When they come out everyone was polite, helpful, and quickly got my home reroofed. I can't say enough good things about Woodall and will highly recommend them!

Woodall did a great job replacing our roof. They sent a substantial crew, worked long hours, and completed the job in 2 days. Cleanup after was excellent; they even cleaned debris in our attic that had been knocked loose. Woodall also helped us secure insurance reimbursement for storm damage. We needed to replace a poor quality roof that was installed by the previous owners about 12 years ago, after we purchased the house. Moving to Murray from out of state we were not here to oversee the installation.Woodall Roofing did a great job helping us replace the old roof. Woodall Roofing did a great job on my roof. The process was simple and fast. I filled out an online request for an estimate for a full roof replacement and within days I had a very detailed estimate emailed to me. Once I had financing I signed the contract and chose the shingle color. Paul was very helpful and responded quickly to calls and texts. Less than a month later the roofers were at my house. They were very careful and efficient. They completed the whole roof in one day. They cleaned up and hauled off every bit of debris. I am really amazed by how clean everything was when it was over. We hired Woodhall in February 2022 to restore our front porch. We had heard they were the best around for the job. They sent us an estimate for 6,782.00 which was to include new decking and columns and we thought we were paying for a complete re-model for that price. They came 3 days took 3 hour lunch breaks and when they finished they left us with an undone porch. The columns were unfinished and one was crooked. The porch boards were cheap and not fitted together correctly causing the porch to dip and sink. My husband had to put thin wood in between the decking sp the porch would be sturdy. They replaced our metal brackets with cheap plastic ones, they used the wrong screws and they protruded out to far from the railings and we had to switch them out. They left the rain gutter in the bushes for us to re-install. They had us take the railings to another company to have them powder coated costing us an additional 2000.00. They re installed the railings with poor materials and used unfinished blocks of wood to hold them up. The first person in charge was fired and replaced with a man who still took 3 weeks to send us a bill. The final cost was around 1800 which we paid to avoid more conflict. Overall I would have been happier with paying for the cost of the cheap materials and losing the cost of labor. Every aspect of the job was poorly executed. The columns were put in wrong and they used plastic when I asked them not to. The railings were improperly re-installed and they didn't even construct the actual porch boards correctly in 4 places. We had to paint, stain, and haul the railings. It took them 3 months to send us a bill after we refused to pay the ridiculous estimated cost. I will never use this company again. I am a 42 year old woman with no history in construction and even I did a better job fixing what they did. Do not hire this company.
