Dallas and Jaicob took care of my water damage and they were more than helpful and professional every step of the way. Before anything was done to my house they would give me a call with an ETA and a plan for that day. Communication could not have been better and I am very happy to have had the pleasure of working with them. I would definitely recommend this company.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company possible that my insurance provider called in to work on our house after a bad storm/tornado. Didn't tarp our roof, didn't board up our windows and didn't dry up the flooring correctly.. we now have bowed flooring. Oh also, we were on vacation when this happened and came back to NONE of the work being done properly. Had to call and have them come back to board the windows. We received roofing paper instead of boards and our own roofer had to come tarp the holes in the roof because Paul Davis said the roof was fine. But, just guess...we owe them a ton of money for "working" on our house. Just appalled by this company. However, if you are stuck with them because of your insurance. Josh, is the only person at the company who is willing to have an honest conversation.

0/10 experience for water damage restoration. Their communication was terrible . The contractor that came to my house didn't explain anything. Just had me sign the work authorization telling me it was just an approval for him to work in the house. Ran multiple machines in my house for 4 days before he realized they weren't doing anything because water was still coming out through the drywall. After the leak was fixed the machines ran a couple more days. Costing me hundreds of dollars a day for the "rental" of the machines. They were supposed to be working everything directly with my insurance. Didn't hear anything from them for about 2 months after the water damage mitigation was complete asking for payment so I let them know I needed to contact my insurance company because I was under the impression that they had been talking between each other. I kept Paul Davis up to date with the whole process of me getting the insurance money and all discrepancies I had with that part of the process. I told them exactly when I was going to pay and they told me it was fine then days before I was going to pay everything they call threatening to place a lien. The day I am going to pay they call and tell me the paperwork has been started for the lien. Absolutely disgusting service all the way around. I will never recommend this company to anyone and I will direct anyone I can to other companys such as Big Red Contracting, who showed me how a good contracting company acts.

Ken Gray managed our home repairs after water damage. He was personable and effectively communicated throughout the process, listened and answered any questions we had as things moved forward. Alex Franco did outstanding repair and painting work and Rick and associates at Eli Plumbing were flexible in scheduling and conscientious and thorough in their work. All those involved were friendly and courteous and respectful of our home. Couldn't ask for better service. Progressive called them in late on a Sunday night to address flooding from a busted pipe in my wall--obviously a stressful situation. These guys (Dallas, Will, and Jacob) were not only calm and collected, but patient, professional, and to the point.The guys were in constant communication throughout the entire process with ETAs, next steps, explaining everything they were doing, and answering all of my questions. I just don't see how it gets any better than that! Kudos to Paul Davis Restoration, and thank you thank you thank you to the guys mentioned above. World-class in every way!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life. If I could give a zero I would. Contacted Paul Davis after having water damage in our home which is considered a preferred contractor by our insurance. We were completely ghosted by this company leaving the damage to be worse and worse. For months we attempted communication by calling and emailing with zero response. Had they helped us in the beginning our home wouldn’t have been covered in BLACK MOLD!!! All we got were excuses that someone got fired and they were too busy. First off, completely unprofessional!! As a customer we should never know what’s going on with staff. They do not care about helping people at all! They left us in an absolute mess and we’re so thankful for our current contractors who are all about helping people. This company is a disgrace and please use caution! When bad things happen to your home you want to trust someone to help you-Paul Davis is not the company!! 3 months later we get an email to sign an addendum to cancel the contract.. what a joke! Please do not go by the preferred contractor from insurance.. do your research! There are great people out there ready to help in a disaster and Paul Davis is NOT one of them. If your in Lexington Ky area call Independent Restoration Services! They are amazing and do things right. Paul Davis is BY FAR a great, professional and kind company. I used another company because I was told to by my insurance, but we won't say any names (SP). They were awful! So awful I was allowed to call Paul Davis to finish the job properly. They were eager, pleasant and polite in every conversation with every team member. Thomas Venter was such a gracious point man he had it all on lock. John Simmons was always reassuring and was very easy to connect to and was very informative of the process. Hunter Middleton was very nice and polite and a hard worker. Brad Gausphel was a gentle giant with a great personality incredible manners and very thoughtful. He loves dogs so he's automatically good people. If I forgot anyone I'm sorry, everyone was amazing. I would TOTALLY recommend Paul Davis to everyone. Not only for the incredible ability to mitigate the problem, the great work ethic and the all around pleasant personalities they Brough to the job when I was stressed and down but, THE PRICE! They were over 75% lower than almost everyone. Kitchen flooded at 8pm, Paul Davis was out by 10pm and started getting water mitigation underway. They were friendly, professional. Especially Dallas and Thomas who came out each day to check the moisture levels and to make sure they were being as efficient as possible.

We were pleased with the water mitigation service. The technicians arrived when they said they would both days. They were knowledgeable about what they were doing and informed us of each step they took to get rid of the water. They were receptive to suggestions to address damage that was not initially apparent. They seemed genuinely concerned about is being happy with the service. We have not had the damages repaired as of yet.

This is our 4th experience using Paul Davis Restoration, the 2nd time for Paul Davis of Lexington. The other 2 times were for my brother-in-law in Louisville so it was a different location that did the repairs. Every time we have worked with them they are positively fantastic. The instances in Louisville were both insurance claims, but both of my times using Paul Davis Of Lexington have been out of my pocket.I find them to be reasonably priced(not cheap, but fair) and they get the job done in a timely and professional manner. You do truly get what you pay for.On the most recent repair at our house in Frankfort they were doing drywall replacement and building a closet to enclose a sump pump we recently had to have installed by a water proofing company. There were some very special processes that had to be done to prevent compromising the water proofing that had been done and the contractor they suppled was up to the task. Everything was done perfectly and ahead of schedule. Everyone that has seen the repaired area is amazed at the job that was done, they all have said it looks like it has always been as it is now.Steven Wood the project director was so thorough, listening to our needs and making sure he did what was needed and the way we wanted it.Tyler and Joel, the project manager and job foreman were always available when there were any questions or concerns along the way.Thank-you Paul Davis Restoration of Lexington!
