I felt it was necessary to add to my last review because since my last review my friend still has not heard from those people at quality Exteriors so she's called somebody else to come and handle it I would appreciate if no one contacts quality exteriors for any kind of work you will be sorry I wish it would let me not pick any stars they don't deserve any sad sad. After contacting a real roofing guy he found this shoddy bootleg work done by Quality Exteriors, too many nails wad placed in places there shouldn't have been, the proof is in the photos, see for yourself photos don't lie!!!!

Quality Exteriors just replaced the roof on our house. Josh and Roger were so easy to work with. They were very professional and very knowledgeable. Josh took care of everything which made our job very easy. The crew who installed the new roof were very polite and experienced. The clean-up was well done. If you need a new roof, I highly recommend that you call Josh at Quality Exteriors.

Josh and Quality Exteriors replaced my roof when I sold my house and they were very easy to work with and were very quick to get things done. They did a fabulous job on the roof and were always quick to respond to any questions or concerns. I highly recommend them for any contracting you may need and I will definitely use them again.

I originally recommended this company because the roofing process went so smoothly in 2018. Now that I have tried to get them to come back out twice because my roof is leaking they are ignoring us. The first time, last year after I called several times, I got no response until I finally reached them. The owner said he had been very sick and to give him a couple of months to get back on his feet. Never happened. Now, the roof is leaking in two other places and he will not return my call. He is not honoring the warranty. I highly recommend you DO NOT use this company. Now, I am going to have to go through a very frustrating ‘em time to get this resolved

Worked with Randy who reached out to me from an inquiry on Home Advisors. Great communication, delivered on exactly what I needed and exceeded my expectations. Crew replaced my entire roof in about 4 hours. Finished ahead of schedule. Great guy to work with.

We had our roof replaced about 18 months ago and when it was first done, I would have given them a 5* review. However the roof began to leak and I called/texted multiple times with NO WORD BACK!!! And what really did it, I know the owner was getting the messages because he accidently texted me back that was meant for someone else!!!! NO ONE HAS EVER CONTACTED ME EVEN THOUGH ITS UNDER WARRENTY!!!

I was going to contact these people to put a roof on not one but 2 buildings on my property but it seems they are hard to contact if something goes wrong, she, a very dear friend of our family was going to give them my information for the job ,but she can't get them to answer her call because of a problems she is having , she has called and texted on numerous occasions, so Thank you Quality Exterior for keeping me from a very expensive mistake.
