Tech, Josh Howie came out today to give us an estimate on repairing our roof. Although the news was a bit worse than what we anticipated, we were so appreciative of this thoroughness. He took his time to inspect the issues we were having and checked our whole roof for any issues that we may not be aware of. From day one of calling Integrity Roofing, Josh stayed in touch with us to confirm the date and time of our appointment and on the day of, he called to reiterate that he would be here at the specified time. This young man is definitely on his A game and a great ambassador for his employer. Josh was very personable and respectful. It was a refreshing experience after dealing with a local company that didn't care if they had our business or not. Josh Howie is great! He's kind, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the estimate-process. He takes the time to walk you step-by-step through what he finds and explains the situation carefully and plainly. If you have doubts about what's going on with your roof, he's your guy.The only reason we didn't use Integrity was due to the price of the project. It was outside our scope, but if you're ready to invest then Josh is your guy.

We are buying a house and needed a roofing company to come out and inspect the roof before we closed on the house. It was a rainy day but that didn’t stop Evan! He made it out to the property and gave us an in-depth and in real time inspection! He sent me videos of what he saw and explained it to me in words I understood! Game me his honest opinion on the condition of the roof and put me right at ease. Great communication and follow up! Buying a house is stressful but Evan and Bryan were great to work with and took a lot of pressure off of this step for us!

Due to storm damage we had to have our entire roof replaced. Daniel came to the house on time as scheduled to see what our need was (other companies in the Paducah area never returned our calls) he met with us, discussed our needs, quoted a price and was available for us any time he was needed or we had a question.When the time came for the work to begin Bryan, Trent, Ismael and Matt were always here working with the crew and was available for any needs or questions I had. I cannot say enough for Jorge and the crew that placed the roof. On the first day of the tear off it was found we needed all the decking replaced, the call was made, and all the needed deliveries was made. They never hesitated to call my husband, who was on the boat at the time the work was done, with any questions they had that I was unable to answer. Our roof replacement was done in amazing time and looks GREAT!!!! They cleaned up their construction areas every day and on the last day after cleaning up they replaced everything they had moved back in its original place. They went around all the construction areas with a magnet picking up the loose nails and the pieces of tar paper from the old roof. They took great care not to damage the flowers and plants planted around the house. I am very please with Integrity!!! They went above and beyond and did a fantastic job!!!! Integrity Roofing really lived up to their name from how professional Evan was on the first visit to today when Logan, Joe, and Christian came and worked from 7:00-4:00 just like they said they would. They fixed my leaking chimney that was leaking 7 years ago when I bought the house and has been patched several times but just kept leaking. Today they really did it right. So I have had my faith restored by this team of excellent professionals

We had a great experience with Integrity Roofing. They arrived on time, went right to work, and hardly stopped for the next 12 hours. There was a foreman on site the entire time as well. They spread tarps and even put buckets over our landscape lights so as not to damage them. They left the place practically spotless. I would HIGHLY recommend Integrity Roofing!

My experience was great, starting with Ben who came to do the estimate, he explained in detail what the options were. Bryan, and Diego, crew done an excellent job in a timely manner, I thought it would take 3 days but they were in a day & half. The roof looks great. The clean up after was great, and found no nail in the yard. Bryan also change some lightbulb that were high up in which I greatly appreciated. After a massive storm damaged the facia on my home, even though I am a 3 time homeowner I was completely new at dealing with roof damage. I called Integrity & was contacted by Daniel within a day. After I realized how knowledgeable, professional, patient, & helpful he was, I knew I had found a company with the amazing customer service I wanted & wouldn't be contacting anyone else. On install day, Bryan arrived promptly, let us know exactly what to expect, and was so personable that when he said to let him know if we had any questions I felt absolutely comfortable doing so. In LESS THAN 5 HOURS Diego's install team had not only removed my old roof and installed the new one, but had everything cleaned up, to be honest a little better than it was when they arrived! It is so terribly frustrating watching the woods rot on my carport in 2 different spots as the water leaks in these 2 different spots. We paid integrity to fix the roof. They did put something up there but they did not do it right. They do not stand by their work and now the entire structure is in danger of failing and I just got ripped off for a roof that fails to keep out the rain. I should have known their work would be unreliable when they left their debris and materials in my yard for days and I had to ask them to pick it up. They also took down one of my light fixtures and never put it back up when doing my siding. They charge Top dollar for poor quality

5 Stars plus! Absolutely expert roofing and craftsmanship, and excellent customer service and interaction. Highly professional from my first call, right thru the final inspection. Daniel (my Project Consultant) was immediately responsive and thorough; he was always quick to call me back on the timing of the work as well as on any questions I had, and when doing my initial estimate he personally patched an area where my roof was leaking, which held perfectly until the full roofing was replaced. I also had a superb Customer Experience Manager - Bryan. He was onsite throughout the entire roof replacement and expertly managed the work crew and kept he well informed. The roofers (Diego’s team) were clearly very experienced - overall I am super pleased with the quality of the work! In fact, the “pride of workmanship” and service was so evident by everyone I encountered from Integrity, that aspect really stands out. Importantly, when issues did come up (I had 2 areas under the shingles where the wood had rotted, and had some cracking/chipping in old siding at the roofline), Bryan and Daniel insured expert repairs were done - cut and replaced the boards, and expertly matched new siding where needed, and brought in a work team that specialized in the siding repairs (Dustin, Christian, Joey, Josh - excellent job by this team). By the way, almost zero extra cost to me - only $92.00 for the boards. Totally happy about that! Finally a second shoutout to Daniel, Bryan, Dustin, and Matt (Region Manager) all were absolutely professional and friendly. Awesome experience, quality result! Highly recommend Integrity!

Evan B did a thorough inspection of my roof and my attic. He took pictures of the issues he found and explained them to me. As it turns out, I didn’t need a new roof. I just needed very minor roof repairs. This company and Evan truly live up to their name!
