We can not express our gratitude for Rainbow International of Paducah! We had a pipe freeze and burst on Christmas Day 2022. From the moment we called in a panic, they immediately put our minds at ease! It was a special holiday and they left their families to soak up several inches of water over 2500 square feet of flooring! It was the best Christmas present we received! They were friendly, attentive, and thorough throughout the entire process. Weston, Luther, and Cameron kept us informed of what they were doing during each step of the mitigation process. They dealt directly with our insurance company and worked to get the best fair settlement possible. I can't say enough about the pleasant experience we had recently with Rainbow International of Paducah.We had a bathroom floor problem that was eventually determined to be caused by a water leak. Our experience with Rainbow started with the Manager Cameron who immediately got the process of addressing the problem started. He sent Luther to our home, who used his state of the art instruments and expertise to find the source of the leak and needed corrective action. He took his findings back to Cameron who then had plans drawn up to have the problem fixed and repairs to be made. Needed communication between Cameron and I past that point was normally electronic which we preferred. During the interim, Cameron was also very instrumental in meeting personally with our insurance company to provide explanation and documentation concerning the problem with and needed repairs to our bathroom.The repair work was started immediately by Blake and Jamie. The repairs took considerable time, but there were no unnecessary delays to be dealt with at all. The final work of laying the new floor was then completed by Eric, the lead carpenter, and Blake. They did an outstanding job of completing the work, and everything in the bath is back in order and beautiful again.I can describe each person we dealt with at Rainbow in the following manner:CaringFriendlyKnowledgeableProfessionalExpertI don’t believe anyone could ask for more than that when hiring a contractor.

We had a coupler coming off the water heater to come loose. Woke up at 5:30am to around 1100 gallons of water in our home. We immediately started bailing water and called the insurance adjuster. I got Rainbow’s name from my coworker, called and spoke with Cameron who immediately got us going. Luther and his crew were here within an hour. The whole crew were wonderful. They had a dehumidifier going that first day and the next we had fans and the coolest contraption that dried the inside of our walls.From start to finish the job was done quickly and professionally. Really can’t say enough good things about this company. We highly recommend giving them a call if you ever have a water issue.

The service I received was excellent! I had a water vapor barrier installed under my house after an inspection for a new home purchase. They were very helpful, timely, efficient and cost-effective. They really helped when I did not know where else to go for such a service. I will definitely use them again in the future if needed and refer them to anyone who might need their services!!

I had a major water leak. We waited 3 mths for another company to just fill out a estimate. They didn't . I called Rainbow Intl and they came the very day that i called and had a estimate w/ in 2 hrs sent to my insurance co. We retained them and they were very professional and courteous and knew their job. We would recommend them to everyone that needs their services.

I called Rainbow this morning and they came out at 5:30pm today! Luther was so nice and worked reduculously hard. Thank goodness he was able to remove all 3 very unsightly stains. If they had not been able to rid my carpets of those stains, I would be forced to invest several thousand dollars to recarpet the whole upstairs sitting area and stairwell. (Plus there might be a certain grand dog who gets put permanently outside in the dog house)! 😝Thanks guys!!!
