We had storms come through and and had shingles all over our yard, within a day they had an inspector out to look at our roof! They were so fast and responsive I am truly impressed. After the insurance adjuster they stayed in contact and made sure everything was broken down thoroughly for me to understand! The day they installed my roof they started at 7:00 and we’re done with the entire thing before 11:00! this is the best roofing company in paducah hands down. they communicated like we were family. their secretary, danielle fought my insurance for what was right and got my roof passed. it took 4 months, but she did not give up - jumping through every hoop they asked of her because she knew i had storm damage and deserved a new roof. and also explained policy better than my insurance company did, and the whole roofing process in terms that was understanding.the guys came out and worked so fast! it was like a machine. they cleaned up perfectly and i have not even found a single nail dropped!! thank you resistant!Services: Skylight repair, Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Skylight installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation, Roof damage repair

We purchased a home in Paducah in mid-March. The week we closed a tornado came through which caused damage to the roof of the home we were in the midst of purchasing. I called a handful of roofing companies and Audrey with Resistant Roofing was one of the first ones to return my call. I explained my situation that we lived 1200 miles away and the house we were purchasing had roof damage, she personally went over, inspected the roof, and immediately sent over a quote. Upon arriving in Paducah after our purchase the first night we were there it rained quite a bit and the roof leaked. I called and spoke with Audrey asking when we were scheduled for them to install our new roof explaining that the roof was leaking. She scheduled one of her crews to get us under a new roof before the next batch of storms were rolling in! The crew was amazing! They were prompt, efficient, and cleaned up well when they were finished. There was a satellite dish that we requested to be removed with the new roof however, they weren't aware of that and re-installed it when they were finished. One of the crew asked if we were up and running with the satellite and we explained that it was not supposed to be re-installed. They were packed up and ready to leave but they had someone get out a ladder, remove the dish, and replaced the shingles instead of doing a patch job to cover up the holes. Resistant Roofing consistently returned my calls, answered my questions, and recommended great local companies for my roof accessories (attic fans/ furnace vents). I was a needy customer. My 1938 roof needed a lot of help. This company rose to the occasion. They coordinated with my hired HVAC company, and finished the job in one day. Oscar the construction manager was fantastic! Resistant was the only local company that returned phone calls, came out to the house, gave a solid estimate and scheduled the job immediately. We lost a large portion of our roof to a tornado and had extreme difficulty getting local roofers to follow through. Resistant did. The workmanship was excellent, the roof completed in three days, and the crew carefully removed the old metal roof, allowing me to salvage both furring strips and metal panels. Cleanup was thorough; very few nails in the grass after completion and they left me a full pack of shingles.

They had to remove two roofs, one shingled with one metal over that. Job literally finished almost in 1 days time. Upon final inspection not one nail, no debris found totally clean job performed in a timely manner respectful to the property in every aspect. I highly recommend this company. The owner came out within three days of us contacting him. He spent almost two hours on top of our roof (free consultation), gave us a bid that was very reasonable, and sent out a crew within two weeks of accepting his bid. The crew worked until it was too dark to see and completed the roof the next day before noon. Workmanship is great, and no materials or trash was left anywhere on our property. If you are tired of contacting roofers who never call back, this company gets it done professionally and without delay.

The only reason they get a two star review is the sales person was nice and friendly. It's been a month since they came out, I can't get anyone to answer the phone or return my calls, and never received an estimate. I have tried calling several times since and have given up on them at this point. If you won't return my calls when I'm trying to pay you several thousand dollars for a whole new roof, how could I trust you to return calls after installation. It's very disappointing.

Amateurs: The workers damaged the decking of our roof while hauling materials. They didn't tell us about it or about their poor patch job to hide it. When I went into our attic, I found scrap OSB board poorly put in place. Something resembling a teenager trying to hide a mistake. When I called the owner to inform him, he acted like I was being unreasonable. That thin OSB is a staple of the roofing industry, instead of the solid plywood on the rest of my roof. After I went to reinforce their mistake, I was told that they would come out to "inspect" my work. But no offer to repair theirs. They threw our gutter guards in the trash with no question of what we wanted done with them. We were compensated $100 off our bill, but to replace them would cost nearly $300. And one of their workers, while playing with a nail gun I assume, shot about 8 nails into one of our landscape timbers. These are untrained low wage workers with no foreman. If you want a roof cheap, go to these guys. If you want one done right, go somewhere else.

DO NOT use these peoples7!They put a metal roof on our house and we have had nothing but trouble with our roof leaking since.This has caused serious and costly repairs to our walls and ceilngs.We now have mold that we never had before.I called him several times and he finally came out and gave a quick look and told us some lame excuse for our roof not being ventilated cirrectly when they did the job.He promised that he would try to correct the ventilation problem on the roof, but he NEVER did.He wouldnt take ANY responsibility for the extensive damage to my house caused from this.I called him numerous times after he had promised to come back .I finally got him on the phone and he coldly and flatly refused to repair his screw up on my roof.We have major problems to repair now.! This is a warning to everyone out there Dont use these people.They take your money and do a shi--y job. Yiu will regret it, like I do if you use them.!)
