Chad was very prompt and thorough when he arrived to give an estimate for our new roof and repairs . He was very knowledgeable about the product and everything happened just as he said it would from delivery of equipment and supplies to completion of our roof. His crew was excellent ! They were very skilled , worked long days and finished our entire roof and repairs in 2 days. They took precautions to protect our landscape and cleaned up everything when they left . By far, Chad was the most professional. He was thorough and patient in explaining what the job was going to entail . West Ky Roofing went to the extreme to make sure our roof was done in a timely manner. Upon initial contact with West Ky Roofing, Chad was here for almost 3 hours inspecting our roof and going over his contract word for word. What his crew would do when here. What equipment they would be using. And most of all he guaranteed respect to our property. Chad stayed in touch with us considering weather was not on our side with a lot of rain, but he and his crew went above and beyond our expectations! Chad would contact us weekly to let us know an estimated time of when his crew could be at our home. The crew was amazing, super friendly. They did exactly what they said they were going to do. Tore off our roof and replaced it in one day. Came back following morning to tie up loose ends and clean up. Beyond happy with their work. Had West Ky Roofing replace roof due to hail damage. Chad was very thorough in explaining the benefits of the Certainteed shingle system and had all the samples to compare. Also gave us a reference house to look at with the exact shingle we wanted. Installation crew was outstanding. Shrubs and yard were not damaged at all. Cleanup was immaculate. Called multiple time and they were conveniently in our area and said they’d go out take a look and get back with us. That hasn’t happened nor do they answer the phone. Don’t recommend. We just want our roof done!! Why is the process so hard?

We were not familiar with this area when we were looking for roofing contractors. We actually live about 2 hours away from the house that was getting the work completed. We were impressed with the extent of time shared explaining the work that was going to be performed at the time of the estimate was given. In addition, they appeared before schedule and executed all work as explained. When decking under the shingles needed to be replaced (which we were prepared for), we were called immediately and provided with adequate pictures of the the damaged decking to get approval of the replacement before additional work was performed. Although they did not give us the cheapest estimate, by far we believe we got great service from start to finish!Service: Roof installation

Requested an estimate on their website...they took two weeks to get in contact and set up the date....the date they set up was another 10 days from the call...10 days go by - the time of the appointment comes...and goes....no one showed up...no one called to say they couldn't make it....so I guess they DON'T actually value their customers (like their website claims)Service: Roof repair

Very good experience with WKR, took off old shingles and replaced all in one day. The guys really worked together and got it done. Afterwards cleaned the yard up excellent. I would recommend this crew.
