We recently had some work completed by Elam and his crew to fix our foundation, which had been done very homemade and obviously not up to code. We received a very reasonable quote and the work was completed very quickly. I am very happy with the results. We are currently looking at replacing our windows and figured we would try EZ remodeling again to see if they could help us. They work with a local Amish-owned window manufacturer. We will definitely be using them again for any structural projects we have for our new home. My thanks go out to Elam and his team for being such an amazing company!

I was impressed with how fast my home addition went up. Elam's guys show up early and work hard all day long until it gets dark out. They are Mennonites and my wife found them much more pleasant and respectful than other construction crews that she has seen in the past. The cost came out lower than we were expecting so we had money left to furnish our new room. I will be coming to them again for sure when we are ready for a shop out back.

We had our roof replaced and they did an excellent job! Looks great! Done it all in 1 day. When the roofers were cleaning things up my husband noticed they packed 12 bundles of shingles that were left over in their truck. He questioned them “did I pay for those shingles”, Josh said “yes, we’ve never had a customer ask for any material back”. My husband said “with that many left I’d like to get my money back”. Josh said he needed to talk with the owner, in the end they gave us $200 back & they took all the extra shingles.
