I contacted Morley Roofing about an interior leak. They inspected the damage and I scheduled a time for them to meet with the insurance inspector.Insurance estimated the damages for the roof replacement and interior painting, and also suggested I get wind resistant shingles in order to receive a discount on my insurance premium. Kevin Morley was able to schedule the roof to be replaced about a week later. They were able to complete the roof in 1 dayI had been waiting for him to get back with me on the painting, and an estimate on some other damage they noticed that the insurance didn't cover. I was also waiting for an invoice in the mail.Kevin finally called me about a month later and complained that I left him "holding the bag". I told him that I never received an invoice, and he said that I should have just sent him a check for the insurance estimate, which I couldn't do because he never even got back with me about the painting and I didn't know the exact price of the upgraded shingles that I had ordered.He then texted me an invoice that must have been sent to State Farm after the roof had been finished. This invoice also included $1,400 of interior painting that he never did.I had told Kevin before he even scheduled the work, that I had a form from State Farm that he needed to complete in order for me to receive the discount for the shingle upgrade. He still had not done this and had the nerve to tell me that he was doing me a favor by filling the form out, and that should not hold up his check.Service: Roof installation

Had Kevin give me an estimate-my insurance would only cover part of the expense which was fine-I would have paid the rest out of pocket-Kevin told me it would cost me "some jack" and never got back with me-very poor service-have since had my roof replaced by bone-dry

Would've given zero stars of I could. So very disappointed and ticked that Morley could NOT even have the decency to call or text that he wouldn't work with us

Great job. Wow. Nice crew. Mr Morley and Mr Braun are friendly very knowledgeable and capable. They came in there in 1 day did my house and 2 and a half car garage in 1 day. Kevin Morley and his team including Julio put their artistic skills and heart into my very complex and detailed western red cedar shake hand hewn roof from Canada . They knew it would take great skill and patience and they all took pride into putting a superb new roof and utilized their artistic excellence.They accepted this very difficult job. There are 99 roofing contractors in Louisville and it's environs. Do your due diligence! they bring the highest level of integrity and excellence.they word is their bond!

We noted a loose shingle on our roof (roof was replaced about 5 years ago) as we were preparing our home for sale. I called and spoke to Kevin about taking a look at the loose shingle. I was contacted the next day by Scott and he was out before noon and had the loose shingle repaired. Great service and quality work! Thanks!
