Alexis inspected my roof in Indigo Run. We had just moved and weren’t sure if the insurance company would cover it the storm damage. She worked with them start to finish to make sure everything was done correctly. The process was smooth and easy. She always updated us and was absolutely incredible to work with! The crew was amazing too! They were energetic, very fast, and cleaned up thoroughly. She is so good at her job she should get a raise! I would highly recommend working with her and Pinnacle Roofing! I can’t enough good things about this company!

Alexis came by because Pinnacle did a lot of roofs in our neighborhood, Indigo Run after all of the hail and wind storms. She assisted greatly in the process, it was quick and easy. The crew did a great job and was done by 1pm which was super impressive! They cleaned up really well. We love the GAF color too. Thank you Pinnacle for the great experience and I would recommend Alexis to help anyone through the insurance process.

Pinnacle Roofing is amazing! I called them for an out of pocket quote after I was denied by my insurance for a full Roof. Alexis fought for months with them and eventually got it fully replaced by insurance. She stayed on top everything through the process and kept me updated. This has been an incredible experience and the install was very quick and I love the new color! I have referred my neighbors to Pinnacle and would highly recommend to everyone else.

Great roofing company! Joey and Josh were amazing to work with. I had hail damage and leaks inside my home. They were quickly able to get a new roof on and finished it in half a day with zero issues. I only had to speak to my insurance one time and Pinnacle took care of the process until the end. What amazed me the most was the cleanliness of the area after they were finished. Will definitely call them again for future needs!

There was a lot of hail in the Gibson Bay area and a lot of different roofing companies. I chose to work with Pinnacle, because of the reputation of quality and the service. Alexis was amazing to work with, she worked with Statefarm to get the damage taken care of. She managed the installation very well and they finished in a day and did everything to a high quality standard. I love the Weatherwood GAF color. I would highly recommend working with Alexis and Pinnacle!

Pinnacle roofing did a great job in replacing the roof on my house and garage. It was a large project with the slopes and size of the house roof and a large garage roof. They were able to complete the job all in one day. Josh Cantrell oversaw the job from first inspection to final completion and was very friendly and courteous. He also made sure everything was done correctly and to my satisfaction.

I am new to Kentucky, I had a leak in my new home. I called Pinnacle Roofing yesterday about 3:00, in 2 hours I had Josh at my door. He climbed up on my roof and in my attic, and today by 4:00 he had fixed my roof. I've been a insurance adjuster, for a very long time. Roman @ pinnacle helped me out in a tough spot. Had a TERRIBLE experience with Lexington Blue Roofing and Siding. They destroyed my dad’s house, left trash everywhere, even destroyed the NEIGHBORS siding after throwing garbage off the roof. Roman took time out of his day without asking me for a dime to go look at my father’s roof for a safety inspection, gave me some pointers and WE’RE NOT EVEN HIS CUSTOMER!!! Took the time to drive out of his way, get up on the roof and inspect it for safety concerns we are having. Couldn’t be more appreciative. Hoping we get to do business with Pinnacle to fix all the damage from previous company, will NEVER do business with Lexington Blue again.Thanks Roman unbelievable someone that didn’t make any money coming out gives me more support than the company that did the work. Josh responded to any question I had very quickly, he set an accurate time line for me and even beat that. With the amount of repairs the last few months I am sure his team was backed up but getting to me faster than he said was amazing. And his initial time was already better than every other contractor. Great service! I called around 8am one morning asking if someone could come look at our room and inspect for hail/wind damage.Someone was at our house by 10am, they inspected, laid down one shingle that had popped up and didn't charge me anything! I'd definitely use them if we need a new roof.
