Matt and his crew did an excellent job. I had water pipe bust outside faucet. Water was everywhere. They came in removed wet carpets. Set up blowers ,fans to dry areas out. After 4 days rooms were dry. Cleaned areas and removed furniture to their trailer. Installed new carpet, put furniture back in place, and did cleanup. They were professional and respectful of areas they worked in. Excellent job, Thank You.

Thomas Quality Construction did a fantastic job repairing our roof in March 2022. Austin was very professional and gave us a quote for the work and an accurate idea of what we would encounter with the insurance company pertaining to our metal roof. Austin provided photos of the damage to our roof and chimney for us to share with the insurance company.The repair work was done in a timely manner and with a professional and courteous team. I appreciated Austin arriving on site to confirm the repairs required and keep me informed of the work being done. This included an entire rebuild of the chimney and part of the roof as the damage was significant. Additional workers were brought in to ensure the work was completed before rain expected later in the week.We are pleased with the result. The reconstruction looks beautiful and they left my house and yard in perfect condition, removing all construction materials. Matt followed up to ensure we were pleased. I had a bad metal roof that was installed by another company and Thomas Quality Construction came out and took off the old roof and installed the new one in one single day. Man, those guys work hard and continuous. The entire crew was super professional and cleaned up the entire work area when they left. Thomas Construction did an excellent job on replacing our wind damaged roof. They were beyond professional. At every step of the process they had a representative to answer any of my questions, and on site when the work was being done. The appointment was scheduled and thank goodness no rain was forecast. My roof was approximately 70 squares so I was concerned about the time it would take to replace it. The old roof was removed and covered ready for shingles on day 2. This was quite amazing to me as we have numerous large dormers to work around on the front of the house as well. On day 2 they completely finished the job. They were there early and stayed late to make sure I was dried in just in case it rained.They were also great about picking up behind themselves, and policing all of the nails that might have gotten into the yard. They placed many large tarps to catch the debris and nails from the roof removal, and spent a lot of time looking for the errant scrap nails from the roof installation.It is a very great looking roof and am extremely pleased with the job they did, as well as their construction crew.They did an excellent job of replacing our roof due to wind damage back in August of 2022. As our bad luck would have it, we got hit in June 2023 with the hail storm like most of Richmond. I was in their office within a couple of days to see about getting me on their schedule when the insurance was paid out. Luckily we did not have any water intrusion, just messed up shingles. Thomas got us on the schedule and did an excellent job AGAIN of replacing our roof. The crew they sent out worked hard to get it replaced in just two days. Being around a 60 square job, that was very quick. They were extremely diligent in picking up their debris and nails. Due to the size of the roof, I am sure there were tens of thousands of old nails coming off with the old shingles. My wife and I went around the yard and just found a handful of nails that they missed.I just want to say they did an excellent job and I will use them for whatever I need to have done to my home in the future. I know that I can just leave the repairs in their hands and it will be done.Job well done. AGAIN.Service: Roof installation

We are very pleased with our new roof, which was installed by Thomas Quality Construction. First, Austin was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He explained our options to us, brought us some sample shingles to look at, prepared a very thorough quote so that we would understand what was involved and what we were paying for, and patiently answered all of our questions.Once we agreed to have Thomas Quality Construction replace our roof, Matt called regarding when the work would take place. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. They put tarps down for protection and were very careful with the house and grounds. Once all the shingles were off, they repaired a part of the roof where the wood was rotted, then started putting down the new shingles. When finished, they did an impressive clean-up job...we have not found even a single nail in the yard. And all this took only two days. Once the job was completed, Matt called to make sure we were satisfied. We were indeed satisfied, extremely satisfied. After finding a leak in my roof a friend recommended Thomas Quality Construction to do the repairs. Matt's team quickly came out to assess the damage and worked with my insurance company to ensure that all right repairs were included in the claim and finished the job within the estimate.
