Our church sustained roof damage over the weekend. Troy and his team were on-site a few hours after the adjuster left. He surveyed the damage and constantly explained the process, brought in air movers and dehumidifiers to dry the pews and flooring and bagged and removed the fallen ceiling tiles. He also checked the moisture levels daily. Jennifer and her crew came in on Monday to begin the cleanup process. They made room in the annex for the pews, moved the pews out, took down the rest of the ceiling tiles and pulled up the carpet and swept the sanctuary. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING. When I had major water damage to my home, they was at my house in a couple of hours from the time it happened. Came in and took over and relieved all the worry and stress that I was going through. Professional, prompt, polite, and just down right solid people. Travis Dennis kept me informed and in the know, but made it a completely seamless process. Our entire downstairs of around 1000 square feet flooded so we were in a very vulnerable state and they did the job extremely well, cutting no corners, on budget, and fast. We left them a key and didn’t worry about a thing. I have to say I hope I don’t need to use them again for this service as I hope our house never floods again, but they come highly recommended from my family to yours. White glove 5 star service!

Please read below before you hire them. I have had some water damage to my kitchen. I had hired Sky restoration DKI of Smith Grove to come in and complete the Mitigation project on March 4. I was told by the mitigation team it would be complete in a couple of weeks to do the other repairs They came in and brought machine to dry out the area. I was told the would be back in a few days to schedule a repairs team to come fix my kitchen back to normal. Michael Witcher reconstruction manager of SKY restoration showed up on March 10. Sent in new repair numbers to Farm Bureau. He said he would be in contact when my adjuster (Jeremy) approved the cost. I have not heard from him since he left. I have called for the past 2 and 1/2 weeks. Each time I’m told he’s in a meeting. Michael was supposed to return my call. Each time no call return. Lisa and Kathy from SKY team tell me 2 to 4 weeks out for repairs. Now I called this morning and was told by an office worker that I am not listed for any repairs. I’m only listed for mitigation. I was then transferred to Kathy and told me end of April. No date was given. She just kept repeating the same thing 4 weeks out, end of April. I explain this was told to me 3/weeks ago. Needless to say, SKI Restoration DKI team team tells nothing but lies. to beat it all. I have gotten two nails in my tires, and they tore up my door that I had just gotten put on two weeks before. SKI sent me a bill for over 3K just for mitigation. I still have rotting flooring in my house and wholes in my floor since March 4.Services: Water damage-related cleanup & repair, Water damage-related mold removal

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!My insurance company recommended SKY DKI for water damage repairs in my kitchen. The demo crew were prompt to show up and complete the first phase of the work. That was Nov 7th. After about a week, I still hadn't heard back from anyone about repairs. I called and texted multiple times trying to find out when I could expect a crew to come in and start the restoration process. Each time I was told they would pass along the message. Fast forward to December 28th. I reach out again to see when they can come fix everything-- keep in mind, half of my kitchen is gone. I have had no sink since Nov 7th in which to wash my dishes. I had to use a rubbermaid container in my bathroom during this time. The response I received was that they were swamped with other projects and they would try to get to me by the end of the week.That same day I finally called a different restoration company and within that same week, they were at my house putting my kitchen back together!What a frustrating experience to have had to deal with a company who comes and does a prompt demo job but then leaves me with half my kitchen gone, no sink, drywall and insulation cut out, a leaky pipe from the sink that was removed (which I had to put a bucket under to collect the dripping water and empty twice a day!), and half my floor removed FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS!I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!Service: Water damage-related pest control

We have been dealing with this going on 4 months now. They came in and demolished everything and left it. The construction crew “started” a couple of months ago and everything they have done they destroyed and have had to do over. We are on our 3rd crew now. They have broken water lines and flooded the basement 2 times in the last week and had to pull up the new flooring they just put down!!! The electric wasn’t done correctly so it has to be redone. My mother is 75 and this is stressing her out unreal, as well as myself!!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

We had a bad water leak under our house. Everything we were putting in our garbage disposal was going under our house. You can imagine the smell we were dealing with and the amount of water damage. If you are in property management, I️ highly encourage you to reach out to receive one for your community, especially if you are new and not familiar with all of your emergency shut off's and their locations! These people take advantage of the elderly, they had my father sign papers approving work and he has dementia. Tried to charge 1900 extra dollars for a 5×6 section of ceiling and all they had to do was throw it away and put 2 fans on it for 1 day!
