Had a 3:30 appointment and once my time hit 3:50 and I had not been seen I got up and left. Very unprofessional to schedule an appointment two weeks out and not be able to keep it. Called and made excuses that he had someone else in his office that had brought extra things. I thought you could take somebody's information work on it and get back to them. When you make appointment it's like giving your word and if you can't keep your word I won't do business with you. I guess if you been doing business with them before they take care of you but if you're a new client I would suggest looking elsewhere.

I went on March the 2nd to do my taxes, Cathrine said she needed to work on something’s and she’d have them done by that Monday the 4th. WRONG she didn’t email me or call me for anything. I had to drive back there to get my stuff to sign it on the 25th of March. I PAID because they said they were done and had to mail out my own state tax paper even though I paid them for it… it’s now April the 27th MY TAXES STILL ARE NOT DONE. I have called every day since and got NO help from anyone. I want my taxes DONE. I want what I paid for. I will NEVER get anything done at this place again.Thats evident seeing as how it’s been 2 MONTHS of back and forth FOR NO RETURN.
