John's company installed a new roof on my house a couple of weeks ago, and I am very impressed with both the quality of their work and their execution to the communicated plan. There were no surprises! John arrived on time each time he made an appointment to meet with me. He personally came to the house to measure and generate an estimate. Then, he took pictures and negotiated with the insurance company to insure proper coverage. Everything happened exactly to the schedule that was communicated when the contract was signed. The materials arrived the day before the roof was installed, and the crew arrived early on the day the installation was planned. I couldn't be happier.Prior to this experience, I had never heard of Crown Homes, but I will recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

After the storm, the insurance adjuster from State Farm came out and said I had 5 shingles damaged and the cost to repair was a little over $500. My deductible was $2,000. I know nothing about roofs, but by looking at my roof when the storm was going on with the shingles flapping in the wind the way they were, I knew that couldn't be the case. John came out, looked at the roof and showed me all the damage to the roof. He worked with a different insurance adjuster that State Farm sent out and the new adjuster said he could not believe the first adjuster's estimate and agreed that the entire roof needed to be replaced. John's crew came out and removed the old roof and installed the new one in one day. When they left, the area around the house was completely clean. Could not be happier with my new roof. Would highly recommend Crown Roofing!!!!! State Farm, not so much!!
