They communicate throughout the project, adhere to the schedule, and complete each phase with professionalism and craftsmanship. I just completed a full exterior remodel of my home and could not be happier with the results.Everyone hears the horror stories about contractors. Believe me when I tell you they care about your satisfaction and will go above and beyond to make sure all your concerns are met. There are no shortcuts with this company. All their work is completed according to modern construction practices. Even before our final walkthrough, Luke pointed out a few minor items that needed addressed- that’s what I call integrity. I’m a very picky customer and their standards are even above mine. I would highly recommend On Top of It for all your residential needs, you won’t be disappointed.

Luke and his team are solid and quick! They recently replaced the roof on our home that was damaged from a hail storm last year and they worked through the full insurance claim process. Luke was great to work with and his team was able to complete a full rip off and replacement in a single day! I asked Luke to send his team back out to double check for nails and he was quick to send the crews back out. We are happy with the final results. We will recommend them to our friends and family.

Called On Top of It Roofing for some roofing, vinyl, gutter replacement and repairs. They've done an incredible job at providing quality work, at a reasonable price with great customer service.Shout out to Luke especially, has been phenomenal and is the perfect representative for On Top of It Roofing. He works well with your clients, is attentive, responsive and very helpful. Funny story - I overheard him on the phone mentioning the work on our house would be a baby job. A faux pas normally, but he's gone leagues and beyond to assist us with our needs and I can safely say his actions alone earned our business. He's a talented, hard worker and makes On Top Of It a better company.I'd work with him and On Top Of It again and I'd recommend anyone else considering house work to give On Top of It a call - they're professionals and they will take care of you well.

My experience with Nathan and on top of it was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with contractors. Nathan gave us a quote for a new roof that beat the other quotes by $2000 . I didn’t show him any of the other quotes. The roofing crew completed the roof ( it’s a 4000 sq ft home ) in 12 hours and when they left you couldn’t even tell they were here. I didn’t pick up one piece of stray trash. We had a wonderful experience and I highly recommend them. Ask for Nathan if you can, he’s the best!!!!

We had a leak in our kitchen thst caused us to need an entirely new kitchen and some ceiling repairs in the basement back in Jan 2023. We reached out to Serv Pro/On Top of It Roofing and they showed up immediately for mitigation and dry out. They were very communicative with us and kept us informed throughout the entire process!! They were courteous, professional and every team member that came in acknowledged myself, my husband and even our children. 2023- I Have had emails and calls from them since I asked 2 weeks ago for them to come out and inspect my roof. They have said it would be done that afternoon or the next day, when they have called or email. I have yet to know or be told it has happened. I do not recommend.Update for 2024- I asked this same company to come and look at my roof. As I am Looking into getting a new roof. I called the secretary, who took my information and said someone would be out. And that I would be contacted.I sent a text message to the gentleman who had called me and said he would be out. In January 30. I got A text message back on January 30 (this was almost 2 weeks after I was Told they would initially be out). I asked If they could send pictures of what they find. I gave him my email address. (His name was Nate, who I had been speaking with). I was told Told “yes ma’am”.I finally Text messaged on Feb 3, and informed I had Yet to get pictures. I was Sent several pictures through text messaging. I asked if I could Receive those though my email. I received The email Feb 7. With a roof estimate. I was sent a text message today, Feb 19 from Nate, and was asked if I had Contacted my insurance. I informed Him I had Another company come out, and gave me a price of $5000 less for a roofReplacement. I did Tell him I would Be going with that company. He responded “good luck with that”.Very unprofessional service, in many areas. I would Not recommend this company.

This is an excellent company to work with and and Jason Marcum did an outstanding job. I had storm damage from the March 3rd storm and hired an initial company to do the work. They left it unfinished. I got fed up and called “On Top of It.” Their communication was great. The completed the job in a week! Our home is new and the repairs match the our new home!!! I could not be happier with the work. Extremely satisfied. Once I called they were On Top Of It, getting it scheduled quickly. Jason was a pleasure to work with. Kept me abreast of the whole process. Showed up early, got both the house and garage done in one day. Angel's crew did a fantastic job. Garmon and Filipe came in next day to finish flashing on my porch and chimney. Garmon seemed very knowledgeable on how I wanted the flashing and did a great job getting it done. I could tell he has lots of experience. If you need a roof done quickly with quality work, I recommend On Top Of It Roofing.

Called Nathan about needing a roof repair after the wind storm. I had used On Top of it Roofing for a new chimney cap and flashing replacement last year and was very satisfied. He came right out and gave us an estimate for replacing a small number of lost shingles. I had also spoke with another roofing company that was in the area. They informed me that I would need to replace the whole roof because the new shingles wouldn't match. Told me I should turn it into insurance. My roof isn't that old and I didn't feel like that would be the best route. Needless to say the new shingles are a perfect match and you can't tell there was ever a repair done at all. I appreciated the honesty from Nathan. Hope I don't need to but I would definitely use them again!
