BC&R did a fantastic job replacing my roof after spring storm damage. David came out to do the initial inspection and again with the insurance adjuster. Communication with David and Cherish was very smooth and prompt. Once insurance approved, they got me on their schedule right away and ripped the old roof off and installed the new one all in one day. The crew was careful around landscaping, covered the A/C condensers with plywood, and moved outdoor furniture out of their way so nothing would get damaged. They did a great job cleaning up and put everything back just the way they found it. The new roof looks beautiful! I would definitely recommend! BC&R did an incredible job replacing our roof after wind damage this past spring. We contacted them, Josh promptly came out to do the initial inspection. We informed him of the response Liberty Mutual had provided to our damage claim and he took samples of our shingles and sent them off for analysis. Due to BC&R’s knowledge and expertise Liberty Mutual revised they’re initial settlement offer significantly in our favor. BC&R provided us with addresses once we’d narrowed our choices of shingle to assist in making the final selection we felt was best for our house. Once our choice was made they were on our job very quickly. The ease of working with Josh, Cherish and David was exceptional. Brandon, Brian and the people on the job site were very professional; covering the landscaping, protecting the exposed windows and electrical transformer, then laying out tarps to catch anything in the yard while they ripped the old roofing and underlayment off. The quality of installation was second to none. Their cleanup of the area was very thorough and they returned everything back to its original position. We are thrilled with our new roof and can’t thank BC&R for making this experience very streamlined and easy. I will confidently and wholeheartedly recommend BC&R. Thanks!

Great experience from start to finish, couldn’t be happier and our new roof looks awesome! I’m glad we were able to support a small business.Our roof had a leak. David came out while it was raining and put a tarp on the roof where it was leaking into my attic and managed not falling off. David came out took pictures looked and was like yes your roof needs replaced they don’t make these shingles anymore. David was very nice and polite. The day the roof got done they got there early and was done before it was time for buses to come through the neighborhood.The top picture is when my husband and self brought the house. Our home had some wind and hail damage from an early '23 summer storm and we had contacted Brooks roofing. So thankful we did! Brooks and their entire team were incredible throughout the entire process. We had some insurance company delays and a few other complications, and the support team at Brooks was awesome. They stayed on top of the entire process and kept me and the insurance company well informed from beginning to end. This customer service is really what separated Brooks from the others. As we all know, these type of repairs/replacements can be quite stressful and the Brooks team really did a great job keeping us up to date the entire time. I work in the customer service industry myself and really can appreciate when you see another industry provide such a high level of customer service. Well done Brooks! If you are in need of a roof replacement, Brooks needs to be at the top of your consideration list. Beyond the excellent customer service, the actual roof replacement went smooth as silk. No after mess, no damage, prompt on time and kept us well informed on status updates. Again 5 Star Service from beginning to end.

I can’t say enough about Brooks Construction & Roofing. From the first moment, they inspected my old roof, worked with my insurance company, and then within 2 weeks replaced my old storm damaged roof. The crew was here about 6 hours. Fantastic job! When other roofers can’t get roofs approved through insurance these guys can. They will fight the insurance companies to make sure you get a new roof. Our new roof looks amazing!

I cannot say enough good things!! In March I filed a claim for wind damage; my insurance company agreed to pay for replacing 70+ shingles on my house and detached garage. Had two other roofers come look at job. One guy patched my severe damage but never got back with me… other guy never came out. My neighbor works for Brooks and asked if he and Troy could come out and give me an estimate. THAT got the ball rolling after several months of not knowing what I should do worrying if roof would make it through winter.THESE GUYS WERE ON IT!!! Troy knows Ky codes and argued with my insurance company, providing proof of roofing codes and the fact that my current shingles were discontinued and provided proof of such, as well as manufacturers warning to not mix old and new shingles.Mr. Troy Brooks went to bat for me and from his estimate to about a month later I had a brand new roof on the house and detached garage; I paid very little out of pocket. Troy made sure insurance covered it!My property was respected, with no debris left anywhere! We suffered storm damage twice this Spring and needed our siding fixed in 2 separate places that we could not access on our own. We knew David Mannari and called Brooks Roofing for his help. David came by to look and sent the right team of guys both times to repair our siding. We know that we can trust David. He is a Christian and family man and treats his customers and crew like his own family. Sometimes it is hard to find honest contractors that you can trust, not to overcharge and to do quality work.
