5 Star Roofing earned their 5 stars yesterday! I could not have been more pleased with the work Ollie and his crew did to replace my roof. Began at 7:30 am…finished at 3 pm, including old shingle removal and clean-up! This was my first big home project since my husband passed away last year. My roof received quite a bit of wind damage from the strong winds a few weeks ago. I immediately contacted Ollie to assess the damage. He was quick to tarp in order to prevent leaks from predicted rain. He was patient with me in navigating through my conversations with my insurance agent and their adjuster. Within the first week after quoting they had our materials ordered, and our house on the schedule a few days after that. They finished our new roof in one day flat. 5 Star Roofing completed a roof replacement for our home just yesterday and my husband and I could not be more happy with the entire process. Ollie was extremely quick to come and provide a quote. His quote was much more reasonable and actually the lowest of any of the companies we contacted. He doesn't try to rip the customer or the insurance companies off. We appreciated how he didn't even ask about insurance until we brought it up because so many roofing companies assume the customer is getting reimbursed from insurance for roof replacement, so in turn they MAY raise the price just to get as much as they can from the insurance company, but not Ollie. He simply assessed our home, gave us a quote and left it in our hands without any questions or pressure. Ollie and his crew were super quick and efficient and all seemed to be happy and enjoying the day and work together. They did a phenomenal job cleaning up afterwards as well, which always worries me in regards to nails and such. We absolutely love the color of our roof and would recommend this company to EVERYONE!!! We have gas heat and Ollie even provided us a free carbon monoxide detector, just in case we didn't have one, to protect us from any future gas leak because they can often go undetected in the home and lead to serious consequences. All around such a nice and genuine guy with a wonderful business!!

We called Ollie to inspect our roof after the recent hailstorm to see if it needed to be replaced. He was prompt and informative. I've worked with contractors in the past and they are often difficult to get in touch with, but I can't say the same for Ollie. Always responds to calls and texts and answers every question. In fact, he handles everything himself and he is the only person that we ever spoke with. Installed our new roof while we were out of town so that we'd experience as little disruption as possible. Ollie and his guys not only did a great job on my roof, but his pricing was more than reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent. Ollie went through multiple times to make sure that no nails or loose debris was left after they completed their work, even after receiving payment. My wife and I needed a new roof so we called around to different businesses, They all sent commission employees to come out and inspect the roof. Commission means the higher they price your roof, the more money they make on their check. Finally we found Ollie with 5 star roofing! He is the owner and said that he would come and give us a price on how much he would install our roof for. He most definitely gave us the best price! He even worked us in his schedule on a weekend because we had a lot of rain coming in and our roof was already leaking. Not only does Ollie and his team care about quality and do an outstanding job, they took their time and painted the vents and pipe systems the same color as our new shingles! My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service we received from Ollie and the time they took to make sure that EVERY nail and piece of trash was removed from the job site before they left! Couldn’t be more happy with 5 Star Roofing and Ollie!! Had bad weather with a bunch of heavy rain. My roof started to leak and I of course went in to panic mode as we tried every way to stop it and sadly wasn’t helping but to slow the leak down. Called Ollie as I really need a roof put on ASAP. He was professional and took care of getting my quote within minutes (he previously quoted us in July 2021 as we were trying to wait till summer 2022 to have the roof done. Needless to say my roof had other plans 😒) got the color I wanted ordered. Within 2 weeks he was at my house bright and early to make sure he got us taken care of before the next round of rain hits at the end of the weekend. I can not say enough good things about Ollie and his crew! I called them on a Thursday and he was out here Friday morning to do an inspection, called to let me know how much it would be and also sent me an email with a complete breakdown of prices. Called me back later Friday afternoon to inform me they had a cancellation for Tuesday the next week and could get ours done! After dealing with another roof company that kept giving me a run around for over a month these guys really came in and helped us out and went above and beyond our expectations! He called me the evening before to just touch base with me about what time they would be here Tuesday morning. They showed up exactly on time and kept me informed all day with how it was going. They showed up at 7 that morning and were done a little before 5. Ollie himself stayed about an hour after the job was done just to make sure they left our yard perfectly clean and that we were pleased with the work. Ollie went far beyond my expectations. The major windstorm we had on Thanksgiving day of 2019 caused problems for us. We determined that our roof needed attention. We had been losing shingles for a couple years and the gutter fell during the windstorm. I did some research into local companies and came across 5 Star Roofing. I called and got great customer service with Ollie. He had an inspection performed within a few days and sent pictures along with explanations of what he was seeing. From his experience and what I was seeing on the pictures, a new roof was definitely in order. We had an estimate quickly and after approval from insurance had a date set for replacement. The job was done very quickly and professionally. He arrived when he said he would with the supplies (actually a few minutes early) and so did his team. He ensured that anything that could get damaged was protected and they even fixed a couple gutter issues that we hadn't even discussed. Ollie and his team did an amazing job and I am so glad we had someone that was so kind, attentive, and overall amazing!

Ollie and 5 Star Roofing went far above our expectations! He is very courteous and professional, a pleasure to do business with! We love our new roofs! They began work around 7:30 that morning and were finishing up around 3:30 that afternoon. They roof like a well oiled machine. They began, by laying tarp around our house, to protect our landscaping and catch any trash and nails. Ollie and his crew are so hardworking and professional, they know what they are doing! Our neighbors have commented on what a beautiful job they did on our house and are amazed at how quickly they did it, not only the house but also a smaller brick building we have in the yard. They also replaced 2 skylights, 4 Wind Turbines and put our DISH satellite back on the roof so we didn't have to pay DISH to send someone out! They use top quality materials, the driver that delivered our shingles told us they were the best you could get! Cleaned everything up when they were done! I couldn't recommend them any higher!

After researching, reading reviews and getting a few quotes I decided on 5 Star. Ollie is the real deal! When he says he will be there to do the estimate on the work, he’s there 10 minutes early. When he says he will have the quote to you that afternoon, it’s there that afternoon. The day of the install, he was there before his crew showed up to oversee everything. I even got pictures of the install in progress while I was at work. The roof looks great, I’m totally satisfied with Ollie & 5 Star Roofing! Best experience ever with any contractor!! To make sure we were satisfied with our choice of shingles, he actually dropped off at our house large sample boards for us to view the actual shingles. We actually did change our colour choice after seeing those, to Duration Driftwood.Ollie and his crew were fantastic to work with.
