We were shorted A LOT of material.My husband and I had this company help establish what we needed to roof our barn. This included valleys, ridge caps, gutters and the metal panels. We gave their sales associate/project planner guy the full dimensions of our barn. We only had a stock trailer for pick up, and asked before we came if that would be fine (so if we needed to borrow or rent a flat bed we could). The office said our trailer was just fine.Issue 1 - The woman that ran the warehouse was very nasty about our trailer when we showed up and told my husband to never come back with a trailer like that. That we are "lucky" that they'll put up with loading it this one time.Issue 2 - When getting our material we were told we needed to inventory it, but we weren't given an itemized receipt for our order. You cant inventory with out an itemized list. Additionally, there was only our project materials prepped and packaged for loading and everything that was prepped was loaded.Issue 3 - The best issue for last. Now with the actual roofing of the barn we found out that we've been shorted 10 metal panels, all of the valleys, and about half of our ridge cap.GARBAGE company. Take your money elsewhere.
