Having a home that was built in the 1930's, I knew this was going to be a challenge, however, I wanted to know if it could be done. After contacting Window World, Allen Smith came out the same day, measured, explained everything and told me about capping, which will keep me from painting the frames forever. My installers showed up on a Monday, by Tuesday the following week it was done. Merrill Smith and his 2 grandsons, Gabe and Jacob met me and I felt an instant connection to them. Most polite, professional and caring individuals. Being an old home, I have window units, I can already tell a difference in the cooling of my house. I will never regret having this done and I highly recommend Window World, thank you for making this home owner very pleased.

We had our windows replaced by Window World of CENLA. Everything about our experience was positive, from Diane coming out to show our window options to Wes, who came and measured and installed the windows. We were given a time frame for the windows to come in. We were notified when they had shipped and again when they were received. Wes showed up on time and made sure everything was to our satisfaction before leaving. I would recommend them for any window replacement.

I had Patio Doors installed with purchasing warranty. The doors lost it's E Low Coating causing poor visibility. I contacted Window World of Alexandria and also the warranty department and never received any response and the warranty department will not honor the warranty. Very poor service and unprofessional. I had window world replace 14 windows in my house. the staff was very professional and accommodating. the windows were of superb quality and really made a huge difference with noise and air / heat infiltration. the installation was very fast and professional, other than the new windows, you couldnt even tell the installers were ever there. if i had one complaint it would be the length of time from the time i put the deposit in until the windows actually arrived, but they are custom built so i guess thats just part of it. the price for the windows and installation was great, came in a whole lot less than what i thought and the fact that the windows come with a lifetime warranty, you just cant beat it. i would definitely recommend them and use them again.

They installed a picture window and two sliders. Very reasonable on price and installed them the day they came in. I was at work, but when I came home, it was like no one had been here; just new windows. They've decreased ghe road noise by about 90% and I see a difference in climate control. Would recommend!

Had Window World install windows. This was the second attempt. The first windows were measured incorrectly. The windows were installed by unlicensed sub contractors. The owner, Luke, refused to come see the install when I asked him to come. He said the same guy that installed them would be back to “touch them up”. I’ve had two other licensed contractors come look at the windows. Both said the windows were the wrong size and they tried to fill the void with copius amounts of caulk. One said it was the worst install he’d ever seen. The owner is refusing to refund me and is telling me they are installed correctly. A hurricane is about to make landfall and these windows are not waterproof!Service: Window installation
