Great buying expensive at JPS Ford. It took a few months for my F250 to come in, which was expected, and they kept me informed through that process. I decided on JPS because they were honest up front and had a great price with no hidden or unnecessary charges. Taking delivery was easy and fast. Special thanks to Chris, Joey, and Brandon for getting an excellent rate and good trade allowance, and for making the buying process comfortable and easy. Definitely earned my business in the future. I recommend giving these guys a shot if you're shopping for a Ford.

I can’t say enough good things about Joy and the staff at JPS Ford in Arcadia, LA. My wife and I had been looking for vehicles for a while and a big sales ad prompted us to go to another dealership not too far from Arcadia. Before going, I called the dealership and told them our situation and what we were looking for. They told us that they had 30 cars below the price range that I told them. When we arrived to the small lot, I had my doubts that what we were told was accurate. We were not satisfied at all with the vehicle they showed us and when I asked about the 30 vehicles, they told me that the guy that told me that was new. Later, they openly admitted that I was told that just to get me in.I can’t buy from someone that I don’t trust so my wife and I began searching for nearby dealerships and we found JPS Ford.Our first contact and impression was a night and day difference. I called JPS while we were still in the parking lot of the other dealership and Joy answered the phone. It was apparent immediately that she had an amazing personality and that she would do what she could to help us. It was convincing enough for us to make the drive and I’m glad we did.Not only did Joy, Carl and the sales manager work to find me the right vehicle, but they also worked hard to get us the right finance company within our budget. There’s a lot more about our experience that made it a pleasant one, but this review is long enough. 😁I will say that trust goes a long way. If you want to do business with a sales rep and a company that you can trust, go see Joy over at JPS Ford. You’ll be glad you did.Oh, and tell them Chris Franklin that bought the 2018 Ford Edge sent ya!

Mrs. Crystle was amazing. We found a car I fell in love with on their website. She text me that very day. Since my fiance works everyday she was able to get everything done and two days later I drove home with my dream car! The service team did not have time do an oil change so she is letting me come back to get! She was very upfront. Not one of the ones to beat around the bush. My son’s a bit of a wild child and she handled him with so much patience. Will definitely recommend anyone looking for a car to give her a call!

This place is a complete joke! After hours of hounding us to purchase a vehicle. We agreed and was even told we had the deal 100% done. They then come and decide to not do our deal. They claim they misunderstood my motorcycle balance for my wife’s SUV ( we were offered $19k) when everything was perfectly shown upfront and discussed. We originally planned to finance at our personal bank. We however let the sales team talk us out of it due to promises of 1yr no interest (dealer pays). Not only a complete waste of time but totally embarrassing for the sales Manager to announce to the ENTIRE DEALERSHIP/customers inside. We had just successfully purchased the new SUV! Only to walk out 2 minutes later and crawfish on the deal!! I highly suggest anyone looking for a new vehicle venture elsewhere and avoid this clown show!!

My truck broke down on the way from Texas to Maryland. The wonderful staff at JPS Ford actually took me to the nearest rental car company an hour away in Monroe. If I would've had the cash to buy a car from them I would've done it. Not sure of any other dealership that'd let an employee take a total of 2 hours out of their workday to help a stranded traveler out. They also looked at my truck and stored it while I was gone for 2 months. I'd highly recommend buying from people like this who clearly don't just care about that next sell and are just genuine good hearted people.

Working with Crystle at JPS Ford was a flawless experience. It was simply time for us a new car and we are in the process of building our credit. Purchased a vehicle with non working taillights, license plate lights and took forever to get hard plates, I got my plates 9/30 but my sticker is for August. Was supposed to contact me about fixing my armbar 2 weeks ago but never heard from them, I got it fixed myself. Not a "bad" dealership but could use some major improvements.

I was bout to buy the 2020 HD Chevy, my loan was approved about to sign the papers. Thank God I took one last walk around because the fender wheels on both sides was beat up bad. None of the sales people brought this to my attention I was very disappointed when I seen the damage. I told them the deal is off unless they fix it. They told me they wasn't gonna fix it. Like 6 thousand in damage. They want 40000 for the truck. Be careful not to buy without knowing this truck is badly damaged.

The team at JPS Ford is amazing! I contacted Ms. Joy about a truck I saw on their website. She answered all of my questions and sent me additional pictures of the truck. When I made my trip to Arcadia she was ready. The team was courteous and helpful, but not pushy. Our kids loved the ice cream and watching tv in the waiting area while we worked on a deal. Our time spent at the dealership was productive and pleasant. Thank you to Ms. Joy and the whole team at JPS Ford!

These are the people who give car salesman a bad name. Would give it a zero star if it was an option. Sold a car with broken taillight. Which is illegal, and then refused to fix it. Owner cussed a service employee in front of my family. Haven't mailed us our permanent tags and have been avoiding my calls all week. Scumbags.

I recently bought a new F-150 from JPS. Michael Edwards worked hard to put me in this new truck. He made every effort to get close to the price I was willing to pay. I appreciate the patience and kindness of Michael and other folks at this dealership. JPS is located in a new building and it is always clean and well organized. The shop area looks like it could be used as an operating room. The service department is great (I had a noise that had to be fixed). Everyone at this dealership is extraordinarily nice. It is not a large dealership, but that's one of the things I like about it.I bought this truck to pull our camper, and now I am one happy camper.

I had not even intended to buy I car. I was just driving thru the lot and was waved and chased down Ms S Cooper, saleslady. Lol! Seriously, I've never been treated so like I was the only one buying a vehicle in the building. They went over and beyond what is expected from a sales lady and a dealership. I left feeling Ms. Cooper is now "family". Thank you again for the smooth ,courteous, and not an all day long experience. Very nice people. You can order a new Ford with no upcharge. They even give free ice cream. There was a gentleman that had broke down on the interstate. I witnessed JPS give the man a ride ro Monroe to rent a car, which is one hour and fifteen minutes away. Wow only at a country store
