The service technicians went inside the thermostat box change the wiring around three times... now the fuse blows when we switch over to heat... call Lusby then they try to charge you for a problem they do .... then blame it on you!! WTH... If you try and explain to that old lady sitting at that desk, you are wasting your time...Services: HVAC system repair, A/C system maintenance, Thermostat repair, Heating system maintenance

Called them for weeks could never get anyone to come out or explain to me why not. The lady said it was difficult because of holiday I understood that. However after the holidays were over no one showed up I called a few times and had the run around. I try to keep my business local but I didn’t feel appropriate plus they never showed up. Horrible

Had our A/C die after 5 years they came out found the problem ordered the came back and in 2 hours had me fixed up. Great service will us them from now on

So over eight weeks ago I contacted these people to come do a service upgrade.They told me someone would come check it out and I got no call no show..so I call back up there to check and they said someone would come by and check it out and give me a price.. another couple days went by and I decided to check back.. they had to take my info again and this time they actually had two guys show up the next day and take pictures.They were nice and said the owners out of town and that they’d get me a price… After weeks of no call,I called back. This time I believe I got in touch with the owner or manager one. He had to yet again take down all my contact information and came out and assured me he’d get me a price and then I received a phone call from the secretary which I just returned and she said that he said he’s busy and would be about two months out so I might want to try using someone else..and gave me no quote. The 2 month wait wouldn’t have been such an ordeal had they given me a quote and timeframe initially.. two plus months ago.. I’m very very displeased after all the good things I’ve heard, to be all the way back at step one once again. I will not recommend to anyone whatsoever.
