This company put a new roof on my house a few months before I bought the house. After being here for about a month it started leaking. The roof has a warranty which has not been granted. I was not here for the installation but do have the work order showing what they were supposed to do and were paid to do. I have been trying to get them back out for almost a year now. They stopped returning my calls and text messages when they discovered that they would not be getting paid to fix their work that was not done properly in the 1st place. The owner was very rude and refused to give me his license or insurance information and has not come to rectify the situation. I have never been so discouraged by someone who was supposed to be a professional.Service: Roof installation

Gave them my roof job after hurricane Ida. They made excuses to issues throughout, and they never checked in once on my satisfaction with the work until I left this review - just called to collect a check before the work was completely finished. Their building supplier threatened to file a lien on our house due to not receiving payment from Quest. Quest has not fixed the issue and were not sympathetic of the stress of the situation. The owner called me and was extremely rude because I was not satisfied with their lack of response to the lien issue. I hope others have a better experience in the future.UPDATE: As of 12/10/2021, Quest has still not paid their suppliers and the supplier has informed me they are beginning to place liens on people's homes as a result. The owner has assured my wife and I several times it was taken care of, but after contacting the building company directly I have confirmed this is false and Quest still owes the supplier significant funds.UPDATE: As of 1/12/2022, Quest has not paid their supplier and a lien was placed on my house. Absolute nightmare, avoid them at all costs.

I met Jeremy Gilchrist when his crew was working on roofing two houses on Orleans Ave in the French Quarter. Since we must use real slate roofing in our historical area, I wanted to use a roofer whose crew had experience in this material. I also met two other roofers who were working the Quarter and asked for bids from them as well. Jeremy came to my house and measured the roof and photographed it with his drone. He brought a sample of the slate he would be using for my approval.Quest Construction LLC submitted the lowest bid. I ask Jeremy if he would use an underlayment of high-temperature peal-and-stick water-and-ice shield rather than felt. I was impressed when — contrary to other bidders who had added $3,500 for this change — he called his supplier who quoted $875 for materials, and he added only $875 to the estimate. The Estimate became the basis of the contract. The work was done in one week, even though it was interrupted with rain. The morning it rained, his crew showed up to make sure the roof was covered with tarp, and left soaked, but my house stayed dry.I am extremely pleased with the job he did, which included replacing half of the old rotten decking, and am happy to recommend him and Quest Construction LLC.Service: Roof installation

A tree fell on my mom’s home and Quest Construction was the only company to show up and give her an estimate . I paid for the estimate but I was able to get measurements done and working on trying to get something started on her home .
