We did a lot of research regarding roofing contractors, as a roof replacement is a very expensive endeavor. We watched two other roofs being replaced by RBJ in the neighborhood and was impressed by the quality of the workmanship. After contacting RBJ, Ruben came out the next day to consult with me about the job and I had the printed quote in hand within an hour.Once we decided to sign a contract, it was all completed electronically, which made the process much easier. The materials arrived three days later and on the day of the replacement, a crew of nine people worked all day to tear off the old roof and put on the new one. They were able to complete the entire roof installation in one day...and they did it by hand (no nail guns)! The crew was completely professional and they cleaned up entirely before they left.We are completely satisfied with every aspect of our experience with RBJ Roofing. The price was competitive, the work was done as promised and a lot quicker than expected. Ruben is great to work with, as he is very responsive and cares about the outcome of the project. Very professional! Detailed, quick, and left our property spotless. RBJ Roofing installed a large high pitch metal roof on our three story home in only three days. It looks much better than the original metal roof. They use only high quality materials and do not attempt to add additional cost as the job proceeds. 4 exhaust pipes on my roof were leaking water into my attics during recent very hard rain storms. With Hurricane Season fast approaching, I went into my attics during the storms and could hear and see water dripping in - luckily into AC and Hot Water Heater drip pans! I called RBJ Roofing and they sent the most amazing "family" to climb my very steep roof with the correct equipment and ladders to caulk all of the pipes. Jose, the "real worker", even cleaned off the roof nearby that was filled with pine needles, leaves and sticks from the last round of storms! Jose, his wife and son, Jefferey (great English and great interpreter when needed) all worked together to get the job done! Thank you RBJ Roofing for getting this problem fixed before the "Big Rain" comes!!! My roof was 16 years old and in need of replacement. Ruben came out and did an inspection. A couple of days later I got quote that was better than the other quotes I had received. Ruben was personable and professional so I went with RBJ. I don’t regret it. The crew came out and 3 days I had a new roof and it looks amazing. Very professional and they did a great job of clean up afterwards. They even went above and beyond fixing a piece of aluminum that came off in heavy wind after the roof job was completed. Thankful for their good and honest service. My roof was approximately 24 years old. Although it was not leaking it looked like a 24 year old roof and my wife wanted it replaced to improve the appearance of the house and to avoid a leak during hurricane season. Ruben visited, did an inspection and gave me a competitive quote for a good looking and functional roof. On the appointed day his large crew arrived and removed the old shingles quickly, then it began raining. His crew left and returned early the next morning and worked very quickly to install the new roof. I needed to replace my carport and breezeway roofing and the flashing around the chimney on the house. Ruben came out to inspect and measure, was promt, professional, and knowlegeable about everything, and of the three companies I had quote the job, was the obvious choice. One company even declined to do the job because of the chimney flashing. The crew came early and knocked on the carport in a few hours, and the workers doing the flashing finished up a bit later, but did a phenomenal job. AAA+++ Thank you, Ruben and Cindy.
