Wow! New roof done in 1 day. Highly recommend JosephMills Roofing and Chad Elrod. Chad handled the negotiation with insurance company to get this done. Was JosephMills the lowest bid? Nope but they were in the ballpark BUT most importantly they did what they said they would! Finished in 1 day instead of 2. We have a 5 bedroomn 3 bath house plus double carport (these pics dont even show the carport portion) and front porch so lots of roofing for 1 days work! Chad was onsite most of the day checking in making sure things were going smoothly. They made sure pool was covered and protected. Crew cleaned up completely and as they went. Used a better grade shingle then insurance allowed with no upcharge to us. We knew upfront any extra charges such as some decking we needed to replace. No surprise charges at the end! First time having to get a roof replaced and I hope everyone has this good of an experience. Chad had almost a year invested into my roof with dealing with my home insurance and was professional through the whole process. His guys did an amazing job replacing the roof and decking that was rotted. Very quick, professional, polite and hardworking group of guys. Couldn’t even tell they were here when they left. The Clean up crew was amazing, didn’t leave a nail or shingle! I wholeheartedly recommend using this company. They did a fabulous job and worked continuously through 100 degree heat to finish quickly. Chad Elrod walked me through the entire process, he patiently explained everything they were doing and why.
