John Cole was supposed to repair my leaking porch roof, but did not. After I paid $1250.00 to him, I realized there was still a leak when it started raining again and the roof was still leaking badly. He promised if there were any problems to call and he would come fix them. Well, I called, texted, etc several times with no response. Also, during the work he said he would come and wouldn't even show up and that without even a call to let you know they weren't going to show. Very unprofessional. Do not use. Dishonest.Service: Roof repair

Not pleased with the service at all. The drip edge they put on is uneven, shingles are not tacked down completely. They rescheduled coming out several times. And now when I try to contact them to get them to fix issues, they are no longer reachable via phone.
