Mike answered all our questions dealing with the whole process from roof inspections, insurance, deductibles and actually having the roof removed and replaced.The actual replacement roof only took one day. Cypress Roofing is the guys to call if you need any work to be done. Rob Mooney is a great project manager and goes above & beyond for his customers. He does everything to make sure the customer gets what they're looking for without having to go over budget. Rob & his office personnel also handled everything with the insurance company. His work crew was very professional and left things as if they were never here. I will definitely be using them in the future & also recommending them to anyone I know that needs work done.

I can’t say enough great things about our interactions and service with this company! From the moment we began, everyone and everything was handled professionally. Each step of the insurance claim process was explained throughly and a Cypress representative worked well with our adjuster.We never felt pressured to make any selections. We had all our questions answered. The materials were delivered on time and the delivery driver was extra careful to place bundles to cause the least disruption to our normal routine.The work crew was amazing! They were careful with all our landscaping and cleaned the work area each day. When they completed their work- there was not a speck of material left behind- not even one nail!The roof itself is beautiful. We went with the high impact grade 4 shingles as our insurance company gives a yearly insurance discount! UPDATE: Cypress came out shortly after I posted this review. Nearest I can tell, they did a good job reattaching the gutter which loosened and the gutter guards which came off. It sounds like there wasn't enough gutter guard material overlapping when they first installed. I'll update again if there are future problems.Cypress had their crew come out and fix a small portion of my hand-nailed roof after hurricane Ida. They did a great job with that. But they left the edge of the roof exposed for months while they attempted to find gutter guards for my roof. The guard style isn't being made anymore, but eventually Cypress got some machined and installed about 5 months later.The problem is, nothing from the gutter crew was properly attached. For months screws of less than a cm in length would rain off my roof. Then the corner leaf catch came off. I ended up attaching some chicken wire there myself. Then a piece of the gutter partially detached from the roof and sags terribly when it rains, causing water to pool and overflow in that area (even when the gutters are clear of debris). The gutter guards also shift around and have just blown right off the roof.I've let Cypress Roofing know every time there was a new development in the gutters / guards detaching. Every time they placate me saying they'll send someone out, and every time they just don't show. I don't know if they just have bad communication with their crews or they just have bad customer service, either way, I've been brushed aside even after sending photos 3-4 times.

Ty deserves my appreciation for his hard work during the process of getting our roof done, especially regarding dealing with my insurance. Although it was a hassle, the job was completed! My husband and I are entirely pleased with the job. From the beginning to the end, the crew that Ty has was amazing. The task was completed in one day and they were done before 3 pm with a perfect cleanup and nothing left behind! I couldn't believe how quickly and professionally the guys worked, and my roof is now looking amazing! Cypress Roofing is a company I would happily recommend to my family and friends. Couldn’t be any happier thanks to Ty and his crew!!!

I called this company and Eric Richard came to my house on his scheduled time. The company was the forth company that I called and when he came to checked out the roof and he asked the right questions. He told me that they handle claims for you right from the start, but I already did the claim part. He looked at the insurance claims papers and saw what need to be done and explained how his company works with the insurance company.Right then I signed the paperwork to start the process. The other companies failed me in one way or another, by just giving me an estimate where I was going to have to come out of pocket other than my deductible, or never gave me an estimate all. I want to let you know I love my roof and I am so pleased with this company! They are and will be my future roofing company hands down!Eric is a great guy, he drove up to my house to check out the work that was done on my roof and he offered to helping my daughters move furniture in my house. From filing the claim, to dealing with the insurance company directly, Ty has been on top of everything from day one. It is not very often that I am so impressed with service that I have to stop and write a review but last week I had an experience that warranted this 5 star review. I called Cypress because I had water damage on my floor and we couldn’t find the source. After checking numerous things one contractor thought it could have come from a leak in the roof. Cypress installed my roof a few years ago so I called them. Alex took my call call right away, assuring me that if it was the roof they will get it fixed right away. Within hours my project manager Michael Glaze and his team were at my home thoroughly inspecting everything. It was evident as soon as they water tested it that it wasn’t leaking; however they continued to work with us trying to find the source. Michael even went so far as to make calls to get referrals for the real issue. Throughout the whole time everyone I interacted with at Cypress could not have been any nicer, more professional, or more helpful. Awesome job!!!! I was referred to Dane Carmouche of Cypress Roofing by a very pleased family member who had their roof installed by Cypress. I cannot say enough good about Dane or Cypress Roofing. From the first phone call with Dane I knew this would be a good experience. This is a company that has the highest standards and old fashion work ethics. Dane handled everything, including the insurance company, from start to finish with complete professionalism, knowledge and friendliness. He was on time for every single appointment as well as the roofers. The roofers seem to work in stealth mode and were considerate of neighbors cleaning up as they went and checking for stray nails. I am very pleased with the quality of the roof as well as the installation and cleanup. I have worked with quite a few contractors over the years for various work I had done on multiple homes but I have never been as impressed as I am with Dane and Cypress Roofing. I have recommended Cypress Roofing to quite a few of my clients and some have chosen to use them and others have not. Those who have used Cypress believe, as I do, that their laborers do an incredible job and Cypress sells an excellent product. This review is being written based on my interaction with a project manager. While overseeing the roof installation of a clients home, I questioned additional cost for work that needed to be done. The project manager became irate and in my opinion unhinged. He preceded to scream at me over the phone while in the office and within ear shot of the owners,. I will not go into details however if you wish to know particulars, you may contact me. I have yet to hear from the owners about his unprofessional behavior nor have I received an apology which leads me to believe that his behavior is tolerated by those who employ him. I find this unacceptable particularly since this business is largely based on referrals. I am not at all suggesting that one not use this company, however I am suggesting to be very wary of which project manager you get to oversee work to be done.In response to your reply below: My client was my son and your company was aware of that. To suggest that I did not have the full story from my son is ridiculous. He was out of town and I was the point person for this job. Your company was also made aware of that. I was in communication with my client, my son at all times. Perhaps those within your company do not have the full story. The issue here is the grossly unprofessional behavior of the project manager. I called on Thursday and Ty was able to inspect my roof Friday morning. As hurricane season is upon us, I got nervous that my roof might be compromised from Ida. Ty inspected it thoroughly and said to be in fairly good condition but offered a recommendation that I didn't know existed. We could see some mildew buildup in areas and said a soft wash would remove that and possibly extend the life a few years of my roof. He was knowledgeable, patient, and honest.
