Despite the chaos of our day-to-day school and church scheduling, they worked seamlessly to complete the project on time and within budget. We got a fortified roof and new gutters from Perdomo and I am extremely happy with our experience. Mr. Perdomo met with my husband to explain the process (which was extensive bc of being a fortified roof). The work began on time and was completed in 2 days. The workers tarped our pool and our garden beds to keep them nail/debris free. They also cleaned up at the end of each night. The crew came back the next morning and spend almost an hour picking up stray debris and using the magnet to find nails. Very impressed! Mr. Perdomo came out again with swatches to help us pick a gutter color. They look great! We are so happy that we chose Perdomo.

They were replacing the roof on my neighbors house. I cannot attest to the quality of their work on the roof. However, after they finished they left a mess of black soot all over my front door. I asked them to clean it. They used a blower that pushed the black dust to another place. I ended up having to use a small brush and pan to remove it. I offered the brush and pan to them so they could help me clean it and they refused. So I ended up having to clean the whole area in front of my house.So if your neighbor is using Perdomo make sure you keep an eye on your premises, as it will be covered with black dust.If you're using Perdomo, then be prepared to receive your neighbors's complaints. Perhaps Perdomo should train the workers to clean up behind them.Alejate de mi Perdomo!

I interviewed three roofers to remove and reinstall my roof after Ida. I requested to meet each contractor so we could discuss the details. I did not get to meet with two contractors, they came without notice and received quotes via text message. Eric Perdomo was the only one who came to meet with us. He spent well over an hour with my wife going over the fine points of our job. Personal service seems to be lost these days but not so with Perdomo Roofing. A projected date was set and that date was met two weeks in advance. The crew arrived at 7am as well as the job supervisor and all materials needed. The crew work together well. All workmen were very polite and cleaned the site all throughout the day. I watched all of the prep work and more than pleased to see the three layers of protection around my skylights, roof jacks, valleys and flashings. We allowed Perdomo Roofing to negotiate with our insurance company. By doing this we were able to secure proper amount of dollars to get the Elite package of installation and manufacturers warranty. Neither of the other two roofing companies offered this and their quotes were within $300 of Perdomo’s quote. We haven’t had one leak since the install so I feel very confident to refer Perdomo Roofing. Everything estimated was fulfilled plus more. Absolutely top of the line company. Super quality workers. Replaced entire roof in one day. Clean up was excellent as well. Got 50 year shingles that are highly rated for major hurricane winds. Requested a quote for a low slope roof replacement on top of my covered back porch. They were punctual, dressed very nice, had all the fancy expensive gadgets, but rude.I was told that as a homeowner I knew just enough to be dangerous (since I built the overhang) then the guy proceeded to tell me all of the different people he would have to get here and how much detail and skill it was going to require. Keep in mind this is a 5’ wide x 40’ long overhang nothing crazy.So after I let him big league me and give his speech, I said ok we’ll what’s your price. He said well right now we are so busy with big jobs and we make so much money on putting on new roofs with asphalt shingles that you will just need to call me in 6 months and maybe I’ll have some guys to send here.Total waste of time, and if you don’t have a easy job that makes them great returns you better keep shoppingJust so everyone else knows, materials on an asphalt roof is around $140 a SQ and labor is around $65 a SQ. So I standard 2000 SF house should be around $5,800. I’m sure these dudes are charging double or more

Eric Perdomo personally did the overview of my roof replacement in 2019. The job involved completely removing all the Spanish clay tiles, repairing the underlayment, adding a membrane barrier and then replacing all the Spanish tiles. The finished job was beautiful and now should last another 75 years. The most impressive aspect of their service came just last month. After 3 years, I noticed a bit of wood rot from the underfacing beadboard on my porch roof addition. Perdomo came out to assess the problem, determined it needed additional wall flashing that the carpenters had neglected to install, and them fixed the flashing, replaced the rotted wood panel and painted to match the original color; all outside of the warrantee and without any cost to me. This is truly a company that stands behind its work and is relentless in seeking complete customer satisfaction. They certainly have mine! Perdomo Roofing has to be one best run companies anywhere. After my first contact with Eric Perdomo about roof replacement after hurricane damage, I felt confident about choosing them. The job was extremely difficult due to the historic location, insurance company’s reluctance to pay, and type of roof. The whole scenario took about six months. I don’t think many contractors would stick it out that long, but Eric was heaven sent during this ordeal. He saw it through to the end. The roofers were quick and professional. Perdomo was recommended for me after Ida roof damage. They did an excellent job with a pretty great turnaround on a full roof replacement. However, it was a recent structural leak (not related) call that really impressed me. The representative came to my home, found the source, grabbed some pictures, and took the time to explain everything he saw in detail right down to the smallest issue he saw as a threat. He didn't pressure me on a fix or tell me what I need to do just offered advice on how it can be resolved. I took their advice on the spot. Perdomo had a tarp on my roof 2 days after it sustained moderate damage during Hurricane Ida, thus preventing any additional damage to my home from roof leakage. Eric Perdomo and his crew was truly professional. His crew from what I understand has been working together for 12 years and it is obvious when you watch, everyone has their duties and work perfectly together. A pleasure to watch. Eric even replaced a vent that my solar people cracked by using the vent as a stepping brace which caused a leak. Eric was like, "Let us come fix it for you so we know it's done correctly." I could go on and on, but have nothing but the "best" to recommend Perdomo Roofing. I only wished that I had done my homework better after Katrina and avoided the nightmares' I had with my previous roof. Perdomo Roofing did repairs on our slate roof; added a small slate roof over the back door; and replaced a power vent. The crew was professional and responsive and the roof addition on the back of the house looks great! The power vent was defective from the factory and I anticipated a long wait to have that repaired. Reading reviews on here I would have loved to have used them, their roofing estimator never showed, no phone call, nothing. Oh well!1/22/20Eric came out to quote a roof replacement. I discovered after writing original review a competing company with almost identical web address were the no shows not Perdomo roofing. Use em if can, they are the good guys.

Perdomo just completed installation of a new GAF Timberline architectural roof on our house and carport. The guys doing the roof were fast, thorough, and did a great job removing and disposing of the old roofing materials. The roof was installed very well, with nice straight lines and perfect amount of overhang. We also had them do some required fascia and soffit repair and that was done equally as well. I would absolutely recommend Perdomo for their quality, professionalism and price.

This company is just amazing in every way. Eric Perdomo was so very knowledgeable, professional and PATIENT with me and my endless questions through the estimating process; he reworked my bid several times to cater to my changing options as we progressed ... he gave very good advice on selecting options, steering me politely toward choosing materials that would contribute optimum street appeal and resale value. (I had my own "creative" thoughts, but in the end I went with his advice and the finished job is OUTSTANDING in every way!) His crew was like an army of skilled men.... they completed my asbestos roof tear-off, some decking replacement (no charge for that!) application of my gorgeous new Timberline HD shingle roof with several optional upgrades (which I was able to afford due to Perdomo's great prices), blown-in insulation in my attic, completion of the entire flat-roof area, and flawless clean-up in 48 HOURS, no kidding!!!!! I now have a beautiful new roofing system with a 50-yr./Lifetime GAF warranty and my home looks great... I have even had neighbors driving by stop and tell me how nice the roof looks.
