I'm only giving this store a 1 star review because of my experience. First call to the store I was told I would have a quote by end of day. That didn't happen. Emailed the GM and the store, with a follow up call. The gentleman Bailey I spoke to apparently does not know door take off language. He quoted for a complete door 9' door when I was asking for 8/0 (6' 8") slabs. I sent them the quote from 84 lumber trying to keep it local. Mr. Bradley should receive a 5 star. He fixed the pricing. However, after I agreed to everything I had to email him and John, then call to find out how to pay at least 7-9 times. Do the fact Bailey wrote down the incorrect information, the slabs were delivered incorrectly.Mr. Bradley tried his best to make everything correct, unfortunately he was on vacation when I needed the doors.The trim gentleman the sent over was great. He stated, you should hear from the big boss man today (John). Never received a call or an apology. I had to follow up for a refund.Do not recommend them at all!

All of the staff is always very helpful always go above and beyond to help and make things rite. Especially. Lathan ,Bj, Mandy And ClydeAlso the despatch crew when it comes down to getting things shipped out at the last minuteI definitely appreciate the entire DOUG ASHY TEAMSorry that the lady before me had a bad experience but I don’t see how I am always greeted when I walk though the door whether I walk through the door once a day or 20 times

I’m sure the only ones that give the store a five star rating his family members. I will never go in the story and they are rude and unprofessional and I walked around in the store for 10 minutes never was offered any help and when I did It was very little call back to ask you one simple little question. They were very lazy and very rude. I will never go back in the store again they deserve less than zero. On a rating

To everyone talking bad about the Doug ashy's in Lafayette I know exactly what you're talking about BUT if y'all are around rayne definitely go there I've been going there for years and you can't ask for better people with more knowledge than Google lol

Ms Brittany Absolutely the best. Our floor guy had very careless measurements causing us to re-order the floor twice and the last time we missed the color. It didn't look the same I mean there was a light green component and my floor didn't have a light green. Ms Brittany found the floor I needed. The service and patience are absolutely superb!!!! （Seven Stars）

Ordered and paid for something that they lied about when it would come in. They then lied about getting back with me and didn't. The product when it came in was wrong. Do not give these people a penny for anything. Horrible people.

Miss Daphne in the door and window section displayed horrible customer service attitude. Seems like she was more worried about leaving on vacation than trying to help customers. She should have just told me she didn't want to help instead of wasting both of our times.

Great store with a very experienced and patient staff that will answer all your questions. Large selection of tools, supplies, and anything you might need for construction and around the house. Stop by and see Corey and Mack. Free coffee and clean bathrooms too!

Horrible customer service. They did not want to return a item I bought month earlier just because I did not return the same day. Very foolish argument. If I would it try to return the item the same day or a year later, the item would be in the same condition as I brought to the store. First retail place that I have been where they don't take well care of long time customers. NEVER GOING BACK
