Just had my roof replaced by Garcia Roofing and my roof looks beautiful! Taylor was amazing and very patient with me and all of my questions. He took care of everything for me from dealing with my insurance company to helping me pick out the roof color. He kept me posted every step of the way. The Project Manager and roofing crew were amazing also. They did a wonderful job on the roof and cleaning up afterwards. I am very satisfied with Garcia Roofing.

We chose Garcia Roofing because we wanted a highly reputable, local, Louisiana licensed and insured roofing company. We had a GAF HD shingle roof installed previously, that was approximately 8 years old. Hurricane Ida winds were (my estimate as we were in our home during the storm) 130mph sustained for 6-8 hours. We considered both shingle and the standing seam metal roof for our roof replacement. We chose the standing seam metal roof as the most cost effective long term solution. Garcia Roofing installed a 26 gauge standing seam metal roof for us. We’re very pleased with our new roof. It’s beautiful and very well installed. We chose the medium bronze color. The installation crew did a superior job. We had to replace 36 CDX plywood sheets to fix the damaged roof deck. Additionally, we had facia/soffit repairs included. We highly recommend Garcia Roofing and their standing seam metal roof. Every aspect of the process was fantastic. The Salesman Mr. Justin Bennett got to my house inspected the roof and got me and the insurance company a quote back super quick with a great Price. From the first call to Garcia I was impressed. They were friendly, honest and professional. It took awhile for them to repair my roof but that was explained at my initial meeting. Because of unexpected wood rot in my fascia, my job was delayed. But we kept in touch so I didn’t stress. Then hurricane Ida happened. I sustained some roof, Sheetrock and water damage. Garcia took care of all repairs swiftly and professionally. I have no complaints. It cost a pretty penny, but I wasn’t forced to choose a more expensive roof. They have a wonderful warranty, an accommodating staff, and Alberto, my Project Manager, was outstanding. He is kind, he answered all my questions and kept my mind at ease throughout the entire process. We used Garcia Roofing to repair our out dated and damaged roof after hurricane Ida. Donovan was our project manager. He made sure everything was done correctly in a timely manner. He was very responsive to any and all questions that we had pertaining to the roof installation and repair. After the roof was put on he made sure to double check everything for accuracy and quality and if something was not correct, he fixed it himself. Excellent work. They did a complete roof replacement a few weeks before Ida hit. Not a shingle out of place, all turbines and vents intact, etc. Definitely withstood the test and a serious challenge from that nasty storm. They’re also pretty sophisticated in dealing with the homeowners insurance. I am replying to your email inquiring about whether I have used Garcia for my roofing needs.Yes -- I have hired Garcia TWICE. The first job (done on Greenside Lane several years ago) was beautifully done with architectural shingles. It still looks as good today as it did the day the roof was put on. My husband and I are both amazed at how well the roof has held up. An additional "plus" for us was that the crew was incredibly neat. They had quite a mess to pick up but did an excellent job -- and their big magnet helped to collect all of the roofing nails that had gotten scattered here and there.The second job (done on Pierce Avenue) required a minimal amount of carpentry work in addition to the roofing job. We were happy to find a company that was willing to do carpentry AND roofing, and although it was not the lowest estimate, we went with Garcia because of our previous experience with them. The crew was quick to do the roofing, and it looks very nice. The carpentry was done after the new roof was installed. Israel, the carpenter, was incredibly talented! The job he had to do was apparently a rather difficult job, but he worked at it until it was perfect.We highly recommend Garcia. We appreciated everyone we came into contact with -- from the front office staff to the estimator to the roofers to the carpenters. It was also nice that Dirk (the overseer of the job on Pierce Avenue) was so readily available by phone. He went out of his way to accommodate us.
