Contractor Robert Wood. I can’t say enough positive things about this guy.I was denied 3 times by my insurance company through 3 different roofers.Robert got it done. Professional, courteous, on time.He always answers the phone when I call him and follows up.My roof was completed in a little over one day. We worked with Robert Wood who made this whole process painless. He helped with our insurance carrier and also educated us on which shingle manufacturer would work best on our roof.The installatioin crew was on time and very efficient on getting the work done. Hargrove Roofing employees were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Robert Woods was the salesman/project manager and he did an outstanding job battling with an unresponsive insurance company/adjuster. He kept me updated on everything going on and the time frame for delivering materials and replacing the roof. On the day of installation Robert and crew leader Cole Oneal were on site with crew and kept me updated with progress.They did an exceptional job making repairs and installing the new roof and sending me pictures of the progress throughout the day. They worked from sunup to sundown to get the project finished and came back the next morning to finish cleaning up and picking up nails. Hargrove Employees were extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The 2 advance salesmen explained everything for us to expect. The day of installation the entire crew arrived at 7:am ready to get busy. A whole crew of polite and friendly people were efficient and hardworking and worked hard all day until dark. They cleaned up our yard and driveway at the end of each day. The total job took 2 full days and the Hargrove foreman was constantly checking to make sure everything was going well.All of our communications with the staff has been a happy pleasure.
