Please do not use this liar! Sent some contractors out to cover my patio 3 years ago and told me it was under warranty. Patio started leaking and he kept saying he would come look at it and never showed up and stop answering my calls. Fast forward to a month ago, another leak so I decided to call back and was connected to some one that claims she was not a liar like Chris and she would make it right. Finally spoke to Chris on April 12th (on a recorded line) he agreed to refund me $400. Still today he has not refunded me and blocked my calls. I called the local police dept and got a case number because since Chris agreed to refund the $400 (on recorded line) he only have a certain amount of time to send the money back. DO NOT USE THIS LIAR! Even his workers said he was a liar and does bad business with customers.

I used Liberty Home Improvement South to reside my 1930's home. Chris came out and estimated, explained some of the problem areas and we agreed on a price. The materials took approximately 6 weeks to arrive and the cedar shakings, another 2 weeks. Chris kept me updated as soon as everything started arriving.Construction began, Chris arriving on site frequently. His men were extremely professional, detailed oriented, very neat on clean up every day. The problem areas that were exposed were discussed in full with me, and price agreed upon, every single area was repaired Professionally. Above and Beyond. We were dealing with an old home. Not all angles and windows were exactly level, the porch was sagging, etc. The foreman discussed and explained everything to me as well as my options. There was never a delay once the project was started. It was by far one of the BEST experiences dealing with this company. We had a awning replaced on the front of our house and a large screened-in patio on the rear. My wife and I were very satisfied with the workmanship and the quality materials that were used. Both projects look great and we're constructed with materials that we believe are stronger than what we had before. Hurricane Ida had greatly damaged our house. Recommended to Liberty by our parents, screen room was done last year to their home. Recently had cement job with a patio cover over it. Really liked that Chris showed up on time for appointment. He also sat down, took his time and fully explained everything clearly and answered all question we had. He also gave us a great price that day. Chris and his team are great! Chris came out and did the estimate and within two weeks the job was complete. From ordering supplies, getting them in and the job being done, only two weeks! Saw their advertisement on channel 10.Figured I would give them a shot to do some work.Tried calling SEVERAL times and nobody answers nor an option to leave a message. Furthermore, no missed call return!I suppose Channel 10 really does not care who gives them money for advertisement just as long as they get money. I think they should do a little background checks on who the put their reputation with.As for Liberty Home Improvement South, LLC, they can go to he11 and I will spend my money elsewhere..Good luck to those of you who use this company!!!

The plunger on my patio door broke. I have called 3 different times and been told all 3 times that someone would be out to replace it at no charge. I don’t even care about the charge. I would gladly pay to get it repaired, but doesn’t look like that will happen anytime soon with this company. At this point I am going to call another more reputable company that actually cares about customer service.Update: 2/23/21 I got a call that they were on the way to repair my door. Door repair is complete. Took approx. 8-9 months, but can finally cross it off of my to do list!

Got the job done however Chris needs to improve his communication skills. He doesn’t return calls. Additionally, he couldn’t provide an exact date when the workers would come. The job took wayyy too long. I wouldn’t go with Liberty again.

I feel like I was scammed working with these people, at first they were super friendly and happy to work with us. Since my finances are not the best they offered us a two stage solution, they would do the work on the eaves and soffit my home during the first stage. Once we were approved for financing on the rest of the home they would begin the rest of the work.I will take the blame for splitting the loan in half and paying a bit too much for just the soffit work, that was my mistake for taking someones word for it.What I am most unhappy with is after I waited the two months I was asked to wait to get the rest of the financing they never returned my calls and gave me the brush off.Worked out pretty well for them they only had to do one third of the job and got half of the cash for the entire job.
