Restoration Pros gives white glove customer service and I highly recommend. I woke up at 3:30 am one morning to find that our guest bathroom toilet had flooded our entire house. Restoration Pros is a 24/7 service and were at our house by 6am that same morning. They made a super stressful situation less stressful because they took care of everything, even bringing my rugs to be cleaned professionally. They are evening taking care of their portion directly with my insurance company. TJ, Rex, and Brennan were great and stayed in constant communication with us to let us know what was happening and giving us progress updates. In the thick of it, they worked 12+ hour days to get things done. They also sweep and mop once they are done, which was super helpful! 10/10 recommend this company.Services: Flood restoration, Flood cleanup, Water removal

Rex was extremely professional, caring, and informative towards someone who's unfamiliar with his type of work. Rex scheduled a few crew members to do the demo, and his crew was amazing as well as respectful. Rex assured me that his scheduled crew members besides himself would be the only people entering my home, which prevented me from driving back and forth ever single day during the drying process. I truly appreciate the time and care Rex's crew members took to handle, remove, and protect my property and personal belongings. Came into my wife’s trailer after a water leak she explained to them she didn’t have the money to fix it and insurance didn’t yet approve her to get the work done the guy said no big deal we will take care of the insurance company came in ripped everything thing out the house then realized it wouldn’t be enough to reinstall and left it like that then the insurance did not cover it like they said they would handle it what a joke now they are trying to sue my wife for money for a job they didn’t finish and then didn’t handle there side saying they would handle the insurance company.. STAY AWAY THESE GUYS ARE ONlY WORRIED ABOUT THERE MONEY!!!

I reached out to this company because I was having issue with rotting floors from moisture. They came in here with cameras, meters and all kinds of gadgets and did an assessment of my building. No one wants to have to deal with half of their house flooding (a week before Christmas), but if it ever does happen I highly recommend calling Restoration Pros. Marcus and Isaac were the first to come out to assess the damage and they’ve been our “regulars” through this process. They’re very professional, friendly, and thorough. We’ve had the pleasure of meeting Landon, Will, and Gabe as well. Maddy and Alexis did a wonderful job initializing and supervising our pack out. All of the above mentioned were involved in our pack out and we couldn’t have asked for a better team to make the already stressful situation go as smoothly as possible. Brandon makes a point to call every evening to update and fill us in on what to expect the following day and it is highly appreciated. We’re still in the middle of our demo, but are very pleased with the work that has been done. Chuck and his team were great. Not only did they get to our house in less than an hour after we called, they stayed until 3:00 a.m. the next morning to make sure all of the water was removed and that everything was properly cleaned before they setup their drying equipment. Chuck handled everything for us, even communicating with our adjuster. We highly recommend Restoration Pros if you ever have any type of water damage!

Needed water damage inspection following Hurricanes Laura and Delta. Got a quick response and a thorough inspection was performed within a few days. Shortly afterward, they removed ceilings, walls, and insulation. Great clean-up and follow-up after all the removals. Even though I had no electricity, they were able to bring in generators for all the drying machines. Anti-microbial agent was applied after all drying was complete. Would recommend using Restoration Pros if you are looking for a dependable local company who maintains communication with its customers and completes the job on time.Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Doucet Services and Restoration Pros are amazing. The roof came off of our house in a hurricane and everything in the 2 story home was destroyed by water and mold. They came in, cleared it out, treated the cypress frame and re-built the home. They promised my daughter she would be back home for Christmas (3 months away) and even hired extra crew in order to make sure that happened! Definitely went above and beyond for our family.

While going through COVID, Restoration Pros responded to an emergency water spill from a malfunction with our washing machine. Water spread all over throughout our house before we were aware.
