This business installed windows at my home a few years ago. I noticed 1 window was cloudy and reported it to them a year ago. Angie Hollier keeps giving me the runaround, saying they don't warrant any of the products they sell and would be up to manufacture to send a window. Scam business operation, Don't buy anything from these crooks. They won't return calls, emails, text or messages left with receptionist.

I am so happy to share our experience about this family owned company here in my hometown, we replaced all of our windows with a high quality window that keeps our home warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer and the sounds from outside I can hardly hear anything. Everyone on the crew was very professional and knew their jobs and knew exactly what they needed to do!!! I would recommend this company very highly and I will most definitely use them again in the future.

I called Hollier's Home Improvements and was going to make an appointment for the following week, but the receptionist advised that she could have someone out today. Their sales rep Alex Mejia arrived and was very polite and professional. Once we sat down he was able to answer ever question I had and was very knowledgeable on their vinyl siding products. Alex listened to what I was saying and was truly concerned about my house as if it was his. I have never seen this before in any business that I had dealings with in my life. Even the owners were just as nice and concerned about helping me as Alex was. Alex thank you again for your time and patience.

Installed new insulated vinyl siding and house gutters. The installer were very skilled and performed excellent work. They were focused on details and quality work. The material was of high quality. The finished product added a rejuvenated curb appeal. With the updated insulated materials I am sure that our utility bills be be lower.Services: Exterior structural repairs, General repairs

Called Hollier's to schedule an appointment for an appraisal and estimate of the work we wanted. We expressed to them upon creating the appointment for the home visit that many updates and renovations to our home were to be estimated. A young man named Alex came to our home in a Honda Fit with its bumper hanging on by duct tape, stating he was only capable of estimating windows and gutters. This was my first red flag, appearances and first impressions are big to me, as I'm also in a sales and customer service field. It also seemed like our request for a full, comprehensive quote of many renovations fell on deaf ears. One of his first questions was "Where is your money coming from?" I'm not sure in what world that's a reasonable question, as if he needed to know how we acquired our money. Our appointment was at 1:30pm. By the time the clock struck 4pm, we hadn't even received an estimate yet, but we had been told several times that if we were not on board with "quality, reliability, and transparency" that he was supposed to get up and just leave. God, I wish we had let him. Who tells that to customers, anyway? We have 9 windows to replace, and were given an estimate of nearly $35,000 scribbled out on a notebook piece of paper. Yes, you read that correctly. We were then informed that we needed to make a decision right there on the spot or we would lose a chance at a 20% discount. HUGE red flag. Talk about pressure tactics, eh? He even went on to say he was inconvenienced to drive over an hour to our home, as if that's our fault. I've known used car salesman with more tact than that. This just screamed desperation, and judging by the salesman's car, I can see why. Ultimately, this man took 5 hours of our Saturday afternoon to offer us nothing more than an extremely inflated price that clearly had enough markup in it to waive 30% of the price if we decided right then and there and paid cash. As we started objecting to his pleas, he scrambled to call Mr. Wayne Hollier who offered us a 10% discount if we paid cash and would put a sign up in our front yard, and if we weren't compliant, the salesman was instructed to get up and walk out. We let him walk out, but within 3 minutes, he was knocking on our door again and Mr. Wayne was making a desperate attempt to call us. We didn''t answer the door or the phone. I typed all of this to spare someone else the ridiculously terrible experience we had today. We're just fortunate we didn't have to deal with "Angie", and we 100% feel like we dodged a bullet. We are going to spend over $60,000 dollars on our home, and Hollier's won't get one red cent of it. Good riddance.EDIT: Contact Relief Windows, received excellent customer service with an estimate for a comparable product with the same exact warranty for $7,000. What a relief!

My windows were replaced in 2013. They keep getting mildew on the casings and the Silicone. Pressure washing doesn’t remove it. It has to be treated with something for mold and mildew and leaves a stain that cannot be removed. I called them in September of 2016 and no one has done anything to help explain why this is happening! They told me they would get in touch with the manufacturer and I have heard nothing since then. Called again today left a message and no one has called me back again after telling them I want to hear from them today. We paid a lot of money for these windows and you would think they back up their warranty but so far nothing!! Think twice before spending this kind of money on these windows!!!!

Called for an estimate for replacement windows and vinyl siding in March, 2021. The guy who came out to measure seemed aggravated and annoyed to be here. He kept saying it was going to be a big, expensive job. We never got a call back with the quote. Terrible experience.

Terrible company!! Hired them for a new roof and got one with holes in it, a backwards installed GAS furnace flue, a discarded GAS water heater vent and more nails in my yard than I can count. Politely asked for months to have them fix it and was met with threats. I asked for repairs and for them to honor their warrant or give me a refund. They responded by try to file (laughable) extortion charges against me. They need a legal dictionary to distinguish consumer complaints from actual extortion. Ultimately, I had to spend hundreds more to fix the problems they caused and my "30 year warrantied" roof will likely have persistent problems. STAY AWAY!!

Ordered windows in June 2021 and still waiting for windows to be installed now it's 11-3-2021 not very happy at all. When i call for and update they never call back very poor service.

the company replaced my floors and they are gorgeous, the staff is awesome ,the installers were so professional and very conscientious oftheir work, the clean-up after removing old foors and installing new ones was amazing.
