My home recently flooded due to a broken pipe in attic. I was told about 318 Construction in Monroe, La. Several people had given me good results regarding them. I called and they came. Written by Donna Cheatwood:318 Construction out of West Monroe Louisiana did a construction project for us after a 100 year old red oak fell on our house flattening our car port and coming thru roof in utility room and kitchen. Jon McCartney, Matt Bonner (project manager) and Travis Lynn(superintendent) were a tremendous blessing to us during this disaster. My husband was away working and I had just had a heart surgery 3 weeks before and it was also during the heat wave and the whole end of my house was a gaping hole. They made the whole experience as painless as possible. They and their crews did a great job on everything were always courteous and polite. I would definitely recommend them for any project big or small. See attached pictures

Mathew Harvey and Kash Stewart over saw my project and I could not be happier. They truly went the extra mile in making sure my home was put back together and up to code. We had a great experience with Keal and Peyton and 318 Construction. In January our pipes burst and flooded the entire house. Keal handled all the back and forth with the insurance adjuster and made that really easy for me. I was really pleased with the new wood floors and the work that the guys did. The cleaning crew cleaned up very nicely as well. Every time I texted Keal he got back to me super quickly, usually within a couple of minutes. I was happy with how it came out financially and the work quality. Would definitely use again.

My water heater burst in the middle of the night and I needed help fast. I first called Serve-pro and they responded immediately. The amazing part was how Serve-Pro, the sister company of 318 Construction worked together. Matt Bonner, project manager for 318, co-ordinated all the repairs that were needed done and checked constantly on the progress plus workers. He has a great group of professional workers who knew what they were doing. Having these two companies worked together really helped because I didn’t have to find companies to do each individual jobs. I wish I had before pictures, but I do have a picture of one of the rooms and my new floor.

I highly recommend 318 Construction in Monroe, LA for home repair. A storm blew a tree onto my roof & damaged 2 bedrooms to the extent of being un-useable. Codie Poe was my Project Manager & Kash Stewart was the Superintendent. These 2 young men were very courteous, respectful, caring, knowledgeable, professional guys. They are outstanding at their jobs! They knew what had to be done & they took care of it & they kept me informed on what to expect. I was impressed by the workers, they all did a good job, especially Jackson & his helper Mike. Also David the brick man & the guys that did the vinyl siding. I could tell that they took pride in doing a good job, and I could understand their language!

When the storm blew in on June 16th 2023, it wreaked havoc on our house. It literally rained in our living room 7 places and water damage to our front 2 bedrooms. We called around for quotes and ultimately went with 318 Construction. The first hurdle was our roof. The adjuster only wanted to cover half the roof. Mathew Harvey was overseeing the roofing project. He jumped right in, talked to the adjuster and fought hard for us to get a whole new roof. Next, was the inside. We had to have new insulation, new ceilings in living room, hallway and 2 front bedrooms, with new floors in those bedrooms. Matt Bonner was overseeing this project. We spent a lot of time on the phone with conference calling the insurance company and adjuster. Matt fought hard for everything that we needed to make our house right again. Once both insurance company and adjuster had talked to Matt, it all came together. Last but not least Jeopardy Lord, is the one of the sweetest and kindest people you will ever work with. When the Loss Draft Department was being difficult in releasing payments to 318 Construction, she jumped right in and got it all worked out. She made this transition smooth sailing.I say all of this to say … These three employees, Matt, Matthew and Jeopardy showed us nothing but KINDNESS, FULL SUPPORT, UNDERSTANDING, PATIENCE AND NOTHING SHORT OF PROFESSIONALISM! We have never been shown this from a local construction company we’ve used in the past. We will ALWAYS use 318 Construction for all of our needs. They deserve more than 5 stars. They are amazing and deserve the highest credit.
