The folks at Beacon are incredible and here’s why: The person at the counter or behind the phone will 9 times out of 10 have or can get you what you need. The person over logistics will have your material wherever you need it by when you need it. Then, the drivers, well they should have a reality tv show dedicated to them for their daily encounters. Whether it’s backing 3 miles down a windy, dead end road to drop my material, getting chased by the homeowners dogs, or just simply not destroying any of the landscaping, I can always count on Beacon to come through. Great team, great company, and 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Got here just as the lunch hour was ending. First thing if you are a new trucker and don't know this you are backing into the lot so turn into the car area back into the hole behind you then unstrap. Once done with that back into lot and 2 guys unloaded me they also just worried about unloading not putting it away so maybe 10 min to unload. Overall not a bad spot at all.

As the owner of Frontier Roofing & Construction in Monroe, La I have been more than impressed with the staff at Beacon in West Monroe. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. This is to include the inside sales staff, warehouse staff, and delivery personnel. There are very few industry specific questions that they can't answer.A great company starts with great leadership and that is in all ranks. With that said Chance Carlton has not only always been there to answer my team's questions, but is always responsive when I put in a special request. He has went above and beyond when it comes to ordering materials, getting me set up with manufacturers, and even scheduling training. Chance is responsible for much of my team professional growth and industry specific training we have received. Then there is Jimmy & Dom pick up his slack in the showroom and warehouse with the same great customer service. There is never a time when I have enter the showroom and I'm not greeted by name with a smile. Last but certainly not least Percy is one of the delivery drivers there at the West Monroe location. I can't tell you how great it is when my clients mention how nice and respectful the delivery guy was. ( this happens very often)These guys set the pace for all our projects as they are the first step in our process, and if you are a roofer, siding installer, or contractor I highly recommend you at least give them a shot at filling your next order. The absolutely worse place to get unloaded at. Extremely slow and unconcerned about delivery trucks. I've been sitting for 3 hours and they have unloaded 1 truck so far.
