It was a pleasure working with Ken (and Joni) on a new bathroom floor and exterior door installation. Despite the unpleasant surprises our very old house threw at them, they powered through and left us with a very solid job well done at a fair price. We also appreciated the automated estimate/contract/payment system they use. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Great job!!!! Call him at midnight for an emergency repair. We agreed he would come the next day at 10. He showed up promptly on time took 1.5 hours to complete which including him going to the store to get materials. Was friendly and did great work!!! I would highly recommend him to everyone!!! If you need work done call him NOW!!!!!!!!!!

My experience with Ken's Customs started off pleasant. However, I am now dissatisfied. Their Google page says "no job too big or too small." I thought this team could do large jobs. Well, I am wondering if the job I needed done was "too big." I reached out to the business for a job to be done. I was told at two different times about the workers' trucks. One time I was told a worker's truck tire "kept going on flat" and the other time I was told the owner's truck "broke down." Well, a worker arrived to look at the job. I was told that the job could be done, but he didn't have the necessary tools, so he'd return in the morning with the owner. The worker told me that they would give me a call in the morning (the following day). It is now after 2PM the following day, well after morning, and I have not heard from them. I don't appreciate when a business doesn't keep their word. Neither do I appreciate when I am told a business is going to do something which they don't do and they don't communicate with me about it. I also don't appreciate being told a time frame that I will be called back and it doesn't happen nor do I appreciate being given a time of arrival and it isn't adhered to--Ex. Being told "I'll be there in 10 minutes." but you actually arrive 60 mins later. I am not satisfied with how things were handled. If for any reason the job wasn't within the scope of services that the business provides--Ex. The job was "too big", I would have appreciated being told that. I was hoping for a better experience.

Ken's Kustoms assists AOSS Medical Supply company with a variety & multitude of maintenance & facility needs. Some including installing fire extinguishers, changing out ceiling tiles, installing an automatic gate, repairing desks, repairing ladders, painting our garage doors, repairing & installing new toilets & doors when needed, repaired metal roof, installed warehouse insulation. You name it, they did it! And if they couldn't do the job, they would let me know. What makes this company stand out is that they are personable, family-owned, and trustworthy company. Joanie & Ken also have a quick turnaround, have good communication & rapport, and the pricing always makes sense. We like to work with vendors we can trust and this company has that!

I am highly impressed and satisfied with my experience with Kens Kustoms. I found Ken to be the most reasonable with his prices in this town. He removed my old water heater from my attic and replaced it with a new water heater in my garage. No one in town would come look at the water heater due to it being in the attic. After being told that the water heater repair would cost $2,000 and ripped off $145 for the estimate from another company, I luckily found Ken to accomplish exactly what I wanted for less then double what others would charge. He also fixed the bedroom ceiling under where the water heater leaked. Needed some work done for selling my house and he came out gave me a free estimate and got to work a few days later and had it all done in 1 day and did a great job. Very happy with how everything turned out. Pricing was awesome. I will for sure recommend him and use him again for house fixings!!

Ken said instalation of our screened porch, gutters, and facia would take about 3 days. Its been 3 months, work is not finished, roof leaks, construction is done with scrap wood even though money was given for new materials. Gutters are crooked and don't drain correctly. Rotten wood covered with new. Does not arrive to appointments on time and now has disappeared leaving our new house looking bad. I'm now stuck with finding someone to fix and finish this mess.
