Lilly roofing was absolutely wonderful, within 24 hours of contacting Daniel Gilley desperate for assistance as my landlord and I had tried 3 other companies with no resolve, he had a technician scheduled. Daniel was polite, courteous, and very understanding of how important it was to have the leak patched as I have 2 children in the home. He assured me his absolute best worker would be able to assist me… ladies and gentleman, he did not lie.Joe arrived at the time he said he would, he was also polite, professional, and courteous; Not only did Joe explain thoroughly the issue, he made sure I understood what he did to patch the hole, what needed to be done to fully resolve the issue, and in the process he indulged my son with patience and kindness as my son showed off his toys and talking skills, My dogs did not bother Joe one bit either! Definitely a family friendly business!Lilly Roofing keeps to their word and does exactly what is expected. I highly recommend Lilly Roofing, Daniel, and Joe for any roofing needs. Contacted Lilly Roofing for an inspection and a quote for replacement of our entire roof. Joe Summerscales showed up within an hour for an inspection. He was meticulous and identified issues in no time. He took extra time to explain the entire process to our family and what we could expect for the repairs. In less than a day, he had a quote over to me by email and a follow up call. First time we’ve dealt with this company and judging from our encounter with Joe, it’s obvious the company and employees are top notch. Joe Summerscales came to my home and checked my roof after a hail storm. He was so accommodating to my schedule (he met me after work right before sunset) and when I asked him if he could use a leaf blower on an eve above my front door he was more than willing to help. Fortunately enough my roof was still in great shape and I didn't have to have it replaced.Joe made a great impression on me and if in the event I ever have to get my roof replaced, he will be the person I call.

What can I say? From the first moment Kyle Bell came by it was nothing but a great experience from Lilly Roofing. Kyle inspected my roof and I told him my situation and reassured me that he was going to do the best he could to get my roof fixed. And that exactly what happen I got a new roof and even the roof of my storage building fixed. I appreciate all the work Lilly roofing has done for me. I've recommended them to several people and I believe one is getting his roof done by them soon. 10/10

Jake Lilly and Lilly Roofing did an amazing job on our roof. We were in a pinch between insurance companies and needed the roof completed by a certain date. They were able to hit that target date without any issues. The new roof looks great and we are very happy with the results.

I have been very impressed with this company! The gentlemen explained in great detail the different types of roofs and what they suggest will be the best. Joe Summerscales has provided excellent customer service. He returns promptly and has been happy to answer any questions I may have. Currently he is on my roof blowing all the leaves off, and he's going to put a tarp on my roof until they can do the job, which will be within the next couple of weeks.

I was having a difficult time dealing with my insurance company after 2.5 inch diameter hail hit our neighborhood. I had over $30,000 damage done to 3 vehicles. People all around me were having new roofs put on.I don't know much of anything about roof construction. So initially, I was dealing with a local roofing company that went door to door the day after the hail hit. They looked at my roof, said I had significant damage, and that they would handle it.The insurance adjuster came, said not to worry, because I had no real damage. The guy from the other roofing company said, "Ya know. I'm not an arguer". That was that, I didn't hear any more from them.It started bugging me that there could be some real damage there that would cost me later. That's when I started working with Joe Summerscales at Lilly Roofing. He came and gave me an honest assessment and reassured me that he had experience with the process and would work through it with me.Everything that he told me ended up being right. It was a long frustrating process of jumping through the hoops and barriers set up by my former insurance company, but Joe had the confidence and knowledge to keep me calm enough to not get jailed.I look forward to coming back here after Lilly Roofing is finished with my roof and updating this review to include the roof work. I have no doubt that I am in good hands.

Prayers for a new roof manifesting were being made for over a year, when one day, a young lady knocked on the door re a roof appraisal.
