Called these fine gentlemen about a high electric bill thinking my AC was the source of my woes. They were prompt, courteous and professional. The day they came out it was raining and my unit is on my roof (commercial AC) and I told the guy he didn't have to go up there that day if he didn't want to. He went ahead and checked it out for me on the roof in the rain. These guys really go the extra mile. Two days later the owner of the company followed up with me to make sure it all went according to plan. This is a company that really cares about its customers. Highly recommend. 10/10

Condenser went out on one of our units. As always, Mike Smith was quick to address our issues. Jordan was quick to give a quote for replacement and then Dan and Trey did the replacement same day. Overall, great experience as usual. Definitely recommend to anyone needed HVAC work completed.

Bobby and Trey were absolutely phenomenal! The service call was more than just your run of the mill service call. They identified the main issue with my AC unit within minutes and walked me through the entire process. They were knowledgeable, polite, respectful, and had a great sense of humor. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the service they provided.

I would recommend this company to everyone. They were all very nice, polite, and respectful!! Had 2 techs come out to inspect unit one day. Mr. Smith came out the next day to verify what needed to be done; they helped me get financing; and lo and behold, 2 other techs came the very next day and replaced the unit in around 3 hours. I really cannot say enough good things about Mike Smith himself and Dan and Matthew who work for him. Dan and Matthew are both very respectful young men who took time to answer questions I might have. They also detected a problem with a vent where carbon monoxide was not being contained. They fixed that while here for a different job and I wasn’t even charged for that. Mike has a top notch company with valuable workers. EXTREMELY satisfied customer.

I called for service on January 3rd, 2024 for my dad’s heat not working. I met the technicians at his house and after their diagnostics, it was determined the thermostat was bad and the blower in the attic was terribly dirty. I paid for the service call and for them to clean the blower. However, I opted to have my husband replace the thermostat. My dad is a 86 year old disabled veteran and is on a very restricted income. If I can save him money, I have to do so. I was encouraged to enroll in the service contract but didn’t want to commit to spending my dad’s money without consent (he was in the hospital at the time).My husband replaced the thermostat but the heat still wasn’t working so on January 9th, I called for them to return. My husband met the technicians at the house again. It was determined the breaker was bad so the technician “borrowed” a breaker from another part of the house. They also got in the attic and said there was a problem in the “door switch” so they taped it up. At this time, the heat came on so my husband paid them for the service call and left.We went back later to find the heat wasn’t working and the house was cold. I called again on January 18th for another service call. Around 2pm I received a call from a dispatcher telling me they reviewed the notes that said “customer declined to have thermostat replaced” on the first visit and that we declined to have the breaker replaced on the second visit. We opted to replace the thermostat ourselves and the technician used another breaker himself; there was no refusal. He went on to say that the service manager said they weren’t a good fit for us and we needed to find someone else. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I said “so what you’re telling me is because we chose to replace that ourselves, you won’t come back?” The response was “It appears to be that way.” We already paid them $332. I told him the honorable thing to do was to have the service manager (Mike Smith or his son) call my husband himself and gave him his number. After a while with no call, my husband called back, asking to talk to the service manager. He wouldn’t connect him but took his number again. Still there was no call.It seems to me, since they couldn’t maximize their charges or they simply couldn’t figure out the problem, the easiest path to take was just to fire us as a customer.“Professional Grade You Can Count On”“We offer an unmatched craftsmanship guarantee”

We were very happy with our experience with Mike Smith Heating and A/C. Jonah, the customer service representative that booked the appointment, was very courteous and professional on the phone. Dan, the service technician who came out, was fantastic. He showed up at the time we discussed (which is not always the case with other companies these days) and was very knowledgeable and courteous. The customer service with Mike Smith Heating and Air Conditioning is OFF THE CHARTS. They did an amazing job with my new install as well. His people are friendly, professional and very good at what they do. My HVAC died and they worked until 9PM to get me going until I could get my new unit installed.
