Flooring delivery from West Monroe, La to Pensacola, Fl. I had been looking all over for the perfect color luxury vinyl flooring for my home. I wanted quality (at least 5.5 m thick and a 20 mil wear layer) and I wanted to find a good deal to. I found it at The Home Improvement Outlet. I found what I thought I wanted on the website but wasn't sure about the color. I called them up and they shipped me a box that I received just a couple days later so I could actually see the product in my home. It looked amazing! I called them up and let them know I needed 2000 sqft. They quickly looked up freight companies near me and shipped it to me and I got it next day! I can't say enough about the customer service here. They are amazing! On top of it all I got the product delivered for less than I could get it locally. Thank you! I'll update with pictures once I have the flooring installed.

So I’ve been shopping at this location on and off as needed for the past three years. You will never go to Home Depot or Lowe’s and have the owner walk up to you greet you ask you how your days going etc At this location you will. Everyone is hands on deck and willing to help you at the drop of a dime unlike chain stores. I am extremely pleased over all with my experience at this location. They deliver, the guys in the back help load your vehicle and the ladies in the front will go above and beyond to find whatever it is your heart may desire for your project. Overall good job

Needed @ least 1 more box of DF VP in Light Barnwood...I reached out via email - Emmy and Denese responded back within an hour...I went ahead and bought 2 boxes and had them shipped cheaper than I could get there and back (3.5-4 hrs drive time, one way.)...Boxes were received promptly and bubbled rapped, even...They matched perfectly with what I needed...I have pics of the Kitchen floor, as I've not started on the bathroom yet...Edit 4/14/23 - Here is the pic of the completed project...The flooring looks great...Thanks Emmy and Denese...

We were introduced to the wonderful people at the Home Improvement Outlet when we visited the home expo show a couple of months ago. They were so helpful with assisting us with our needs. They have great prices and the products are top of the line. We bought a beautiful new front door, flooring, and paint. Then decided to get the floor and wall tiles for our shower. Emmy was always willing to help us and made sure the items were delivered the next day. You will not go wrong trusting them with all of your home Improvement needs. I buy a ton of stuff from the Home Improvement Outlet. My most recent purchase was a refrigerator. I shopped prices at all the local stores like Lowe’s Home Depot and The Home Improvement Outlet was the most competitive. I also was able to pick it up the same day of purchase!
