When the hailstorm came through December 2023, I had no clue where to begin with all the repairs needed. Weather Pro was recommended and I could not have been more pleased with the decision to use them. The entire process was made stress free by them being able to handle the damage repairs themselves or contracting other work out. I was so happy to not have to call multiple businesses to get quotes on everything needing repaired. Hans came out to meet with my insurance adjuster to make sure all damage would be included in my claim. He took many detailed photos of the before and after needed to provide to the insurance company and my mortgage company along with needed signed documentation in a timely manner. He went over the insurance estimate with me in detail…which I had no clue on understanding. Repairs were checked on as soon as completed to make sure everything was done correctly. Repairs look terrific. I highly recommend Weather Pro!

This group is really good!I had tried dealing with a local roofer. He would not return my calls, he put me off. I even went by his office to make sure he had all my information. Still no show, no calls after weeks.I called Weather Pro (who were 40 miles away), talked to Mark, he said "I'll be there in the morning." That was a Tuesday, roof was measured, job estimated and material ordered Wednesday, metal delivered on Thursday, Michael and the crew arrived early Friday morning and began working. They worked through the weekend and finished up by lunch time Monday.Mark kept in touch daily. The roofing crew were very professional, very efficient and did a nice job of clean up when finished. I am very with pleased with all their work, well done gentlemen.

I needed a roof. Called a friend I trust. He gives me Mark Anders' number. I call Mark.From the time I was on the phone with Mark to the time I got off, he was courteous, professional, and explained what questions I needed answered.I expressed that I was concerned about nails, etc. after the roof was complete. He assured me they did cleanup. The came after I left for work and was gone before I came home. A few facial boards needed to be replaced as well as a few plywood boards. They took care of that, too.My son got ahold of a large rolling magnet and went over the front and back yard. I'm pretty realistic. I know not every little piece could be found. Anyway, my son only found a very small handful of stuff. I was pretty impressed.Would I use The Weather Pro again? Yes!Would I recommend Mark Anders and Weather Pro? Yes!GREAT JOB, MARK!!

Damon Hemphill at WeatherPro Roofing modeled exemplary customer service. Anytime I had texted him, he was quick to respond (<1 min). I had signed the agreement 1-1-24 and had a new roof 1-11-24, that is some quick work. Hans Chritchlow came out to check the quality of work during the project with Damon to make sure everything was done right. The finished job looks absolutely beautiful and would recommend 100/100. At WeatherPro Roofing, I felt like my wife and I were in good hands and were their number 1 customer. There is not enough good words to say about Damon and and the quality of people working at WeatherPro. After the job was done, Damon came over and told me that if there is anything that goes wrong with the roof, that he will come over and get it fixed. To me, that means a lot and tells me that they really care about the quality of their work. Thank you Damon and everyone else at WeatherPro for the work you have done and keep up the good work!

Company failed to complete job with proper, quality workmanship. Horrible clean-up job. Job was totally rushed. Workers rushing caused damage, not correct workmanship and proper outcome. Was told they always had #1 guy to come back after job done to correct any discrepancies. Problem was, the # 1 man could not perform corrections the needed for the competent & necessary repairsThe drip edge could not to installed on a correct 90 degree angle. It was cut and bent improperly which subjected it to water penetration and possible water and rotten facia board damage. Many attempts were attempted to correct the issues with no avail.Flashing on chimney was ridiculously crooked and bent. After installing the roof, the No. 1 man in charge of fixing the descreptices, had spilled orange marking dye-type substance all over my roof(pic include)When I asked if that would come off, he replied that if did not, he would replace the affected shingles. Really?This company also failed to properly remove all old felt, inspect visibly the decking and properly install the Ivtek moisture barrier on the roof deck. When mentioned to owner, Daryl he stated they don’t do that. They inspect the decking prior to reinstalling the moisture barrier & new shingles. Really? How? I thought in order to inspect the decking, you needed to visually inspect. The 2 dormers on my roof were installed hardie-plank. It is my belief that NO moisture barrier was properly placed on my dormers prior to installing the HP siding. Now, I have to deal with the possibilities on water penetration into my home thereby causing more damage once more. Also, as I inspection the soffits, I noticed that the worker over nailed form the Top of my roof into the soffits and facia boards therefore totally missing the intended boards for securing. Now, underneath my eves, you can see various nails which missed its intended target and is clearly visible to plain sight. This looks like low-skilled poor workmanship, to say the least. I believe this company is rushed to the “Blow-n-go” style and would like to see each workers paperwork as to qualifications. I caught one worker using a gag blower attempting to clean up by blowing all debris & of course NAILS into my grass & yard around my carport area. After the so called completion of the job, the No 1 man showed up barely unannounced 3 times to attempt to correct the poor workmanship. Each time I explained the problems. Each time these issues were NOT rectified properly. I expressed to him it was time for the Owner, D. Taylor & my Sales representative to come and do the final inspection ASAP. My sales rep explained the he thought I was the only person who ever complained about the WPCompany. I advised he that I simply wanted a quality job and finilix the rest of the wor I have to perform. He lost his timber for a while. I asked if we could fix this or turn it over to the state court for fair determination. He advised to call that owner. I have not do so due to avoidance of any confrontations. Now would I want them on my property because the best have came, gone and Failed miseberly.Services: General construction, Roof installation

They completed the job in a very timely manner and delivered a quality roof installation on my house. Very impressed with the follow up to make sure we were pleased and that everything was cleaned up.
